Zero rating must be given to the fraudulent and most pathetic man named *_GAGAN_* and his *_FRAUDULENT COMPANY- MORVI DECOR*_. Please never book him or his company. He ruined our wedding day held on 24th November 2025 at Golden Tulip Hotel despite us giving him the utmost respect and clear written and verbal instructions — including four in-person meetings — yet the outcome was shockingly disappointing. He made a mockery of our wedding. The result was deeply upsetting, humiliating, and unacceptable in front of our guests. **GAGAN is a greedy, money-grubbing swindler and fraudster.** He charged us a large amount upfront, falsely claiming it was mandatory as per hotel policy. Trusting him completely, we complied and paid the entire amount as demanded. Unfortunately, Gagan’s service was nothing short of fraudulent and utterly unsatisfactory. Despite several in-person meetings, with the bride and groom patiently explaining every detail and even providing a detailed PPT for clarity, he failed to deliver on any of his promises. The entire setup was poorly managed, and after ruining our wedding day, he stopped answering our calls. All our guests strongly expressed their dislike for the decorations, and it all happened due to this irresponsible person. We requested a refund of at least half the payment, but there has been no response. *Specific complaints about Gagan's decoration work include*: *Misrepresenting hotel policy as a 60/40 share while taking full payment upfront in the hotel’s name. *Claiming a 50/50 mix of artificial and natural decorations, but 95% of the decor was cheap artificial material. *Charging an extra ₹20,000 for paper balls, falsely stating that everything was provided solely by us, though half of it came from the hotel. The decorations resembled a cheap birthday party rather than a wedding—despite giving all images and details clearly in the PPT. *Incorrect and smaller stage dimensions led to a poor setup, despite providing all details upfront and explaining them four times in person. *No proper lighting on stage, resulting in dark, unusable photos and ruining the atmosphere. *We strongly advise everyone against taking any services from the decorator named Gagan and his company. Their dishonesty and mismanagement could ruin your special day just as they did ours.* *If this matter is not resolved soon, we will escalate it formally and pursue further action against this blatant fraud.*
