It was my 1st birthday after we got married so my husband decided to surprise me with a dress from Mugdha's in May 2017.He managed to order from overseas seeking help from one of my gal friends and made the arrangements to get it here (USA) on time. The dress arrived and to our surprise it did not fit me well even though he got it stitched with all my latest me assortments. I felt bad that I could not wear it for him after all his efforts to surprise me. I discussed my concern with the sales associate my husband placed the order thru and we decided to send the dress back to India and as exchange they offered me to order any other dress shortly. From here the real struggle started, since June 2017 I am actively in conversations with Mugdha's team and in every conversation, I need to repeat the whole story of what happened and how I want to select a dress within my budget and bla bla but none of this so called brands employees are able to help me out. I spoke with managers, employees, sales associates, attendants and all other possible persons I could connect on the phone and they all lack the basic etiquette on interacting with customers. Considering the time difference, I was dealing with them patiently for few months, but things got even worst when they actually stopped picking my calls and even went to the extend of denying my calls!!!! That was my breaking point...... So, this so-called brand who boost themselves to be the designers in hand crafted products and with a designer price tag lack basic customer service. So, if your planning to buy from these people just hope the dress or whatever you buy fits you well or else just be prepared for this horrible experience and waste of your valuable time and money. They absolutely do not value their customers.
