Never seen a more unprofessional and indecorous event management company. They failed to deliver on any of the promises they have made. We hired them for my sister's wedding at the Lalit Chandigarh, because they were on the panel of decorators of the hotel. They charged a hefty amount and the decoration was shabby and pathetic. The owner is only concerned with the payment and don't take any interest in the event which is left solely to the subordinate staff. They have a standard white curtain with cheap flower entrance and broken bulbs props which they copy paste on all the events. Irrespective of what you choose, they would give the same output. The stage was promised to be a grand one but the end product was so miserable that it spoiled all the wedding pictures. They were handling another event in the same hall earlier that day and simply used the exact same decoration with spoiled flowers for our event as well, but shockingly charged for it separately from both the parties. And even after pointing their flaws, they don't accept their mistakes and rather only insist on receiving their payment in full. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody if you want to looking forward to have a decent event.
