The pedicure service I took first at this salon was amazing but these one time I took was not so satisfying. It was the most expensive pedicure at the salon. So each time the experience is different. The technicians are not so up to the mark. So when people pay they expect the best and worth their money they paid for.

This year (April 2021) due to the limited options of good MUAs in Vadodara, I went with this studio as they had decent reviews everywhere. I learnt a good lesson though. The reviews were for generic nail-related services, not makeup. I'll mention just 2 instances and one can decide if they want to book them or not. 1. My younger sister was asked to change into her lehenga in a basement area with CCTVs around out in the open (not changing room). Gladly she saw the same and changed elsewhere. 2. The package I had paid for my mom, mom-in-law, and sister was one that included makeup (with eyelashes, which were not put on any of them for even 1 event) and basic hairstyling. I had booked 12 makeup sessions with them and I just went with the quotes given since Sonia informed me she had already included discounts considering the number of makeup sessions. Yet, they would give snide remarks to my mother in law when she pointed out that she did not want a plain low bun (which can be made by self in about 2 minutes at home too). One staff member went as far as taunting her by saying "look at her, she wants hairstyling done like some young girl!". This is a huge insult to any woman and is simply intolerable. When I pointed out this issue to Sonia, she refused to even believe me at first. Even now in her reply to this review, I am sure she will deny it to save face. As if I have some benefit from lying! I suggest all brides to take every detail in writing because later they’ll have to hear “upgrade for more” when even the basic commitment wasn’t met! Not to mention, last minute change in the MUA. I don’t know who their senior and junior artists are and I sure won’t have time to check such things last minute. But they will make it appear like they “upgraded” the package and we are left unknowing of whether in fact an upgrade was made or rather the opposite. I’m sure she will not even reply to the bits where I mentioned how package inclusions like eyelashes weren’t there on the muses even after 1 session and one day my mom came with her hair open (no styling). She will always defend herself instead of taking constructive criticism. My wedding planner warned me of their reputation and I should have listened to them. They need to learn to treat their customers well. We are paying thousands for a single session, however basic they may call the package, not to be treated like someone asking for free service. Truly pathetic! Go for any freelance MUA in Baroda with real talent instead of being shunned publicly for voicing out their true nature.

horrible service... these people don't deserve a single star also! no work ethics.. denial to their own statements. they said they would manage their travel and food themselves after offering due to safety measures which was agreed. and then on my reception day when she was suppose to come down for my makeup, she changes her statements and wanted me to pay her food and travel bills orelse she would not do my makeup... horrible service... no ethics and have come down to the market... well thank you for spoiling my special day.

Soo thankful to Miss Sonia Ahuja for accommodating my dates last minute. I had a lockdown wedding an we finalized it 2 months prior. Team Nailed Itt had the dates booked and due to the clash I could only book with them for 2 days instead of 3 however Sonia was kind enough to design the looks for me for the first day on which she was not available, so I would recommend all the brides to be to make your look a priority as soon as the wedding dates are confirmed. I absolutely fell in love and got exactly what I dreamt of, super flawless and healthy glowy looking skin .
