We had paid the advance amount to Utsav and confirmed the booking wherein he had mentioned that he would send a confirmation on email to us. When followed up once on the same, he said he doesn’t have time to do that and he has already given the confirmation on WhatsApp and refunded the amount. We had asked him for something that he had committed and yet he cancelled on us. Inspite of calling him many times he didn’t not bother to pick up our call. It has been an horrible experience. I would not recommend to have him on anyone’s big day.

After doing a lot of research and visiting a lot of photographers we finalised Neelutsav Studios Premium class services obviously because of their work. But the good part for us started way before we saw our photos. Everything was transparent and cleared out in our first discussion. There are a variety of options and packages available depending on your budget. The ideas that Mr.Utsav (lead photographer and owner) gave were quite fresh and creative, nothing of the sort that we had seen earlier. Most important of all, he would clarify all our queries very patiently, improvise on the ideas that we suggested and was available whenever we needed him. We had seen many weddings and in almost all of them photographers used to interrupt in the rituals because they couldn?t capture the right moment. This never happened with us and all our pics were captured in the most candid way possible. I will not say much about the photos and let his work do all the talking. All I wanted to share was the beautiful experience that we had And one more thing sharing of photos is also done via a personalized app and not through the traditional pen drive way. Sharing of photos with family and friends becomes very easy as you just have to share the link. If you not only want your photos to be the best but also the experience to be pleasant they are the ones to go to. Highly recommended.
