Neha's Makeovers offers her client paid trials for them to get comfortable with the working style of the artist and be stress-free on the big day which later can be adjusted if you book the artist. If the client initiates the cancellation process for a reason then the artist is not obligated to refund any amount but adjustments for the dates can be done and if the artist initiates then the client will be offered no refund.

Neha is amazing at her job! My makeup looks for my sangeet and wedding ceremony were a hit among the guests. An amazing experience. All my looks were just perfect. My skin looked soo natural and the hairstyles were done greatly as well. She is very approachable, can share all your ideas with her well in advance . She is very helpful and punctual as well. She did my husbands make up and hair as well for the wedding and he was also very happy with the look. All in all would totally recommend her
