I am in love with this girl! I contacted her via WMG and once she replied, I immediately met her and locked her in. She is an amazing artist, REALLY MAGICAL. She understands your skin, hair, texture and then spends time discussing with you about what look one should opt for. Not just that she is sooooooooooooooooooo invested that she checked out all my bridal attire/jewellery and also every specifications. Nothing was left out. I gotta mention this, she was out of the city for an event and on the previous night she was supposed to return, after hours and hours of delayed flight, this girl directly reached the venue from the airport, depriving herself of sleep, food and water to ensure we are all on time, actually before time! She has a super kick-ass team as well! They are swift, prompt and exactly know how to work around a super anxious bride. The entire look was spot on. Subtle, not OTT but absolutely regal. Right from the make up, the hair, saree drape, jewellery setting everything was perfect to the T. Nidhi and her team were hands on, no fuss and thoroughly professional. All the products used were of excellent quality. Call it wedding anxiety, I was in absolute unease but this girl and her team hand held me throughout and took care of me as if I was family. makeup was pretty washed out and the hair stylist was in a rush to leave.. after quite a few takes the hair still didn't sit very correctly. I was skeptical about the lip from the begining however the artist insisted that a washed out nude pink would look better with a charcoal red lehenga.. I gave it a try however the entire makeup combination looked very washed out in the cameras .. my looks for other wedding functions created by different makeup artists looked much more glam & bride-like. One small advice for Nidhi is a good conversationist, she can create wonders if she uses this skill to understand her brides expectations & the type of makeup a venue demands, based on that if she can come up with something that meets the requirements and does not wear out because of an open venue. Thanks Hi Nidhi, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT : Firstly, I wasn't trying to tarnish your image as I have no such agenda whatsoever. As a client I have the freedom to voice out my opinion/feedback but it seems you don't take constructive feedbacks too well. Yes, I do have a mild acne prone skin but as a makeup artist it is your duty to work with that, by far I have visited tons of makeup artists and I know that acne-prone skin requires different set of make-up/techniques to not look washed out by excessive sebum production and the artist is expected to know that! I haven't faced this issue with other makeup artists for indoor as well as outdoor functions. Also my skin is a combination skin and not just oily, it's the pre marital stress that causes breakouts for most of the brides and if every bride had a flawless skin they might as well not require a makeup artist.. Another issue was with the Hair stylist who was in such a hurry to leave, if he had some other commitments you might have asked some other stylist to come along with you. This shows that the intention was just to get done with the work and not passion towards it! I might have been just another bride for you and your team but it was a big day for me!

I have really sensitive skin and was quite concerned about my bridal look. however Nidhi assured me from the start to not worry and did a stunning job! I absolutely loved my look. Classy, rich and traditional was my brief and she nailed it. would definitely recommend her to all the brides!

My experience with Nidhi was great. She did my makeup for my cocktail party in Mumbai. My biggest ask was just to make sure that I looked like myself, which I did. I did not want heavy, cakey makeup and Nidhi assured me that wouldn’t be the case. She made recommendations regarding what kind of a look would go keeping my outfit in mind. One of my worst experiences of makeup ever....my look did not turn out good as I wanted....my special reception day I did not look good at all...plus the hair stylist was quite rude...and in case I did not like any look both the hairstylist as well as makeup artist got really judgemental about it. Once the makeup was done since I had already paid advance I told them that I'll do an online transfer next morning since I had my own reception function but the makeup artist snarked on my sister and friend like who doesn't carry 13000 cash to give and I need the payment upfront. She charged 2k for my fiance's makeup and did nothing except put foundation on his face....it was not a good experience at all...I feel when you are in the business of customer service you should be open to taking suggestions from the customer and not rush them in the end when you need to leave for personal commitments. As a bride I did not even have contour being put on my hand and back which did look wierd in the pictures. Both the hair and makeup artist were in a hurry to move. Overall a bad experience for me

My requirements with Nidhi were very specific as I didn’t want to look all “Indian Bride” but I wanted to look like myself and feel comfortable carrying my makeup without having to know I was actually wearing some. It was an outdoor wedding on a summer evening and I have super oily skin, my makeup was roughly on from 6pm to 5am and it didn’t even budge! Around 5am the next morning after the all rituals I was done for the day and it still looked fresh! This is surprising for me because I have very oily skin and outdoor weddings in Mumbai means humidity and sweat. I didn’t even know it was possible because I had no touch ups! She gave me a wonderfully elegant yet natural look, also I was her Open Hair Indian Bride, which is rare and Nidhi made it happen just flawlessly. All our loved ones were beyond amazed, as my bridal look was rare. Again tons of thanks to Nidhi as she did my mom (who is not a makeup person) but still loved how the final result of the hair and makeup was for her. My younger brother loved her work so much that he had asked for her as well and was extremely happy with her work - he had severe acne yet his skin didn’t feel heavy or irritated and looked naturally healthy with the makeup. My husband (the groom) had his makeup done from Nidhi as well and he was very happy as he is not used to makeup or products on his face and still he could see the natural glow and differences without the feeling of the product being there for long hours.
