I bought a dress from their store on 11/20 and the delivery date as discussed was 11/27. I clearly told them on date of purchase that I have to travel back to USA on 12/2 at time of purchase they were very promising and today is 12/1 8:14 and they have not delivered the dress to sagar my home town which is like 6 hrs from Indore by road. I don’t believe they will deliver dress even today. I even paid them shipping charges but they did not deliver the dress. Just imagine if you order your wedding sangeet or engagement dress from them. They will ruin your functions. The team is so unprofessional that they will not even listen and block you. They have pathetic attitude shitty and zero management. People like them cannot be trusted so i m not going to make any future purchase with them and advise you guys the same. A good team would have delivered the dress on time or refunded the money or given an option for Delivery to USA but these are pathetic people with shitty attitude. I wrote an honest review on instagram and these shitty people deleted it. They don’t care for customers after you give them money. Now i have to pay international shippfd the dress which is not even worth I could have got a better designer dress fr that money who would have also delivered on time. These guys are pain in ass and not even apologetic for their mistakes. I wasted my 3 hrs coordinating with them and no results. I hope this review will be read and people will know about their customer services. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. ZERO MANAGEMENT SHITTY ATTITUDE. If there was an option of negative rating I would have given them negative 5 stars

Pandemic ruined my plans of shopping for my wedding. I checked various vendors, but all were offering out of fashion clothing during those days. Only at Niloufer did i find good collection. I shopped for my engagement and wedding from here. I will highly recommend it.

I got my wedding lehenga from here. I cannot explain in words how much I have loved every bit of my experience here and I will surely fall short of words to describe the beauty, the work, the design and everything about the outfits I purchased from them! They were just amazing!
