I chose Nivedita Saboo for my sangeet function. They have really good collection of wedding outfits. They offer good fitting and fabric quality. Definitely recommend it to others.

There were alot of initial challenges. Final outfit was good but the delivery was very last moment because of the challenges I faced with them initially.

This review dates to 2010, the customer service has probably changed since then. However, a bad experience is a bad experience. I wanted to get my wedding trousseau done from Nivedita Saboo in 2010. Her studio was located on FC Road, Pune back then. I went to the studio for a consultation and although she was in the studio at that time did not even bother to come out for a consultation. She was busy giving an interview to some journalist. I agree good press is important for a brand, but what?s most important is your customer!!! One of her assistants consulted with me and let?s just say even though I have no experience in designing clothes, I had to explain some details to her. I was a bit unsure after that consultation since it was for my wedding Paithani blouse. I requested to meet with Nivedita but the assistant assured me that it will be fine. After a couple of weeks of me following up, my blouse was ready and it was a complete disaster. I was so upset, that was the outfit I was supposed to get married in. I obviously let them know that and immediately found some other designer. After a few weeks, I got a call from them asking me to pay up!! I obviously gave that assistant a piece of mind. Let me remind you, I didn?t get a chance to meet with the so-called designer once, the assistant ruined the fabric and they had the guts to ask me to pay up.
