Disastrous customer service. 2 months since my order was placed and absolutely no response on product delivery or refunds. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There are other platforms for curated designs, please explore those or buy directly from designer websites so that they can directly benefit from your money without any commission to this platform

Worst customer service ever. They take orders but dont deliver anything. Such expensive items, and they use the worst shipping services with no tracking. Spent over $1500 on their website, and they have not solved anything for me. All my items are missing.

I bought some of my wedding outfits from here. They have an amazing collection and to top it off they also do customisation which is superb. Their customer services are beyond good and they make sure you leave the store happy and content. Loved the designs and I was very happy with my outfit as well. Recommended.

HORRIBLE!! FRAUDS!! CHEATS! This review is not only for Ogaan but also the designer Torani. Before I begin with my nightmare ordeal, I request anyone in USA or anywhere to not give them business as they scam people. I Purchased a kurta and pants, which was listed as Chanderi silk. The items were made in Linen fabric. The clothes smelled of gasoline, had no fabric tag, size tag or the price tag. When I tried to ask them about the fabric, they had no response. They charged me $300 for a linen outfit! After going back and forth for almost a month on whatsapp, I have all messages to prove, they basically claimed it was chanderi. I filed a claim with PayPal and contacted the designer as well. Torani (so called designer) is a joke! Initially, they claimed that they were sorry and how it shouldn’t have happened. They asked me to forward them the details as well as the pictures of the items that were listed and how I received it. Then they wanted to check with their team. Team?! 2 people team! Ogaan has the same narrative. After a week, Torani sends me a message to go back to Ogaan. Seriously?! Why did you ask me for the details? Why the picture? Why the cross checking? And cross checking with who? You apparently are the designer and made the outfit. Yet you don’t know anything and want to check. Basically, both Ogaan and Torani are Cheats and frauds! They scam you out of your money to send a much cheaper quality. They sent me an outfit that cost them no more than $50, but charged me $300. I asked them several times to take more money but fix the problem. I received zero response. That’s some guts. Time and again, I told them it’s not the matter of money, but it’s a matter of principle. I should get what I paid for. They are listing items that are fine quality but making it in cheap, highly cheap materials. I can understand that it’s in their blood to cheat, but to this level?! Wtf?! They’re taking customers from abroad for a fool. Like we don’t know the difference in materials. They’re forgetting that they are trying their low life tactics with Indians. Please don’t give them business

My engagement outfit was from Ogaan but it was Anushree Reddy's design. I loved my lehenga and it was exactly what I wanted. It looked so dreamy and I got so many compliments as well. The whole collection overe there is good.
