I got married recently in Nov and had chosen Petals events for our decor. The wedding took place in Tamarind tree which is known for its authentic architecture and old world charm, so I was very particular about the decor for every function complimenting the place well. Nithesh understood my vision, and given his many years of experience in this industry was proactive is communicating what will work and what wouldn’t. He understands the nuances of the industry and his work, which makes him an expert. From creating a pastel paradise for my mehendi, a starry lit decor for sangeet to a traditional Iyengar decor for my muhurtam ceremony - he did everything to perfection. Nitesh and petals were a great choice for decor for our wedding. He was very reasonably priced and extremely accommodating of our requests. All the decor he provided was exactly like the reference pictures he shared and there were no unexpected surprises during the event. Unfortunately it rained during one of our events and we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful lights he had set up for us. We had bad experiences with other vendors in terms of delivery and aesthetics for one of the events before so we didn't know what to expect when we decided to go with Nithesh. Lots of our guests were from London and the US and many have asked for Nitesh's contact details for their future events. Our wedding was at the tamarind tree resort in Bangalore (heritage venue) and we had multiple events throughout the course of both days - Nitesh and his team decorated for each of those events and all were very beautiful, ready on time and very budget friendly. We live abroad and it was so easy to work with Nitesh even from a long distance. After we came to Bangalore he met us in person and walked through the venue with us to show what the decor would look like - he is very dedicated to what he does. Nitesh and his team were fantastic to work with! My fiance and I spoke to a few decorators and vendors before finally settling on Petals Events. Nitesh listened carefully to our requests, and followed through with them very precisely. His decor was beautiful and exactly what we had imagined them to be. Our wedding events were held at the Secret Grove in Yelahanka, Bangalore, and Nitesh's designs were thoughtfully planned and worked well with the venue's ambience. He played up the existing features of the venue and overall our wedding day was filled with natural beauty exactly as he had hoped it would be. The entire decor was very well put together and our guests were very impressed with how everything looked. Nitesh was also very helpful in coordinating various other items. When there was some confusion on who would be able to receive the delivery of our return gifts, he promptly put us in touch with his coordinator, Chandru, to help out. He also followed up with multiple changing requests for garlands and additional flowers, and made our entire wedding stress-free! There was also a time during the reception when it started raining quite heavily. Chandru had the foresight to keep a few umbrellas handy to ferry guests to and from the entrance. They also cleaned up the venue really well after the first event. Nitesh is very responsive, prompt, and punctual and made sure that the decor was ready well ahead of time. He also organized the sound system for the reception, and the live nadhaswaram for the muhurtham, which was immensely helpful. I know Nithesh and have been admiring his work on Instagram, so when Dan and I decided to get married at an outdoor space, there was no one else I could think of but Nithesh. Nithesh was travelling when we couldn't meet, so while we did run across a few other vendors, nothing quite compared to Petals Event. Three things in particular struck out: the prompt responses, the way the ideas were presented, and—most importantly—the comprehension of our expectations. And wow, were we spellbound by the result. We had very high expectations and the theme we chose for the event was 'Indo- European' kind. Nithesh did a great job into bringing our vision come alive. Pros: I wanted a beautiful ambience done on super cheap budget. interviewed a bunch of ppl... his quote was the best. He somehow seem to know what i want. He disagreed to some ideas because he seemed to know what will work and what wont he provided beautiful alternate options and on the final day... it was ready... on time and he threw in a bunch of freebies not mentioned in the quote.. Go for this ppl... don't think twice. Cons: busy man. doesn't always pick your call. but make himself available for meetings/ callbacks

We had initially come to Petals events after a referral from a close friend. All I can say is that it was the best decision we had made! I worked with Nitesh for my wedding decoration planning and designing. I was very happy that I went with Petals Event. Nitesh was very professional yet friendly and was very easy to work with. I live in Michigan, USA and we had a wedding in Bangalore, India. We had to plan everything remotely and Nitesh was a big help. He accommodated for the time difference very well and was available for all the early morning calls. We had 3 day celebrations in Yelahanka area: Mehendi & Sangeet, Haldi, Shadi, from Nov 30th to Dec 1st. We had booked a farmhouse in Yelahanka where I moved with my family and the lawn area was used for all the functions. I was looking for something simple and pretty and he accommodated my ideas with great professionalism. Sometimes adding to even more than what I thought. I am kind of stubborn and want things in a specific way and Nitesh was good at understanding my taste and implementing it with all perfection combining his experience and knowledge in the field. The villa decoration and the lawn area decoration was just beautiful and elegant 3 days through. Everyone complimented the decorations. He arranged the musicians, dhols, wedding gift bags, logos for the cars, and parking signs for the villa area. He also did event management for my wedding and managed everything very well. He made things available even at the last moment. We had unexpected scattered rain showers on the wedding day and he arranged canopies for the lawn area just a night before the wedding. At first I was skeptical if the canopies would ruin the decorations but he made sure they look good. He made my wedding less stressful for me and my family.
