I had a very disappointing experience with this company. It has been over six months, and I still haven’t received the videos, photos, or reels from my wedding . Their approach to bookings is extremely casual—they arrived late and showed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. Despite repeatedly calling and texting, I rarely receive any response. On the rare occasion they do answer, I’m told the material will be delivered “today,” but nothing ever comes. This ongoing delay has caused a great deal of stress and frustration. I strongly advise others not to trust them with your special day—they completely ruined mine.

Worst worst worst experience. My friend had hired them for her wedding festivities shoot. Do not recommend for them for anything. If you don’t want to destroy the important events of your life please do not hire. Extremely unprofessional. We had hired the them for wedding festivities. Even after requesting them for several time to reach the destination in advance they did not arrive and missed covering the entire event. When they reached, they did not bring the required number of cameras. We booked the package which included drone coverage as well, but on the main day nothing was done. Post wedding , they just shared a handful of pictures and that too were only from the wedding, rest of the pictures were not shared. It’s been more than 6 months now, have yet not received anything. They don’t reply properly, no update on videos, reels and photos and doesn’t even receive calls. Photo lo and the entire team is a sham, they take money in the name of advance and show you a lot of dreamy wedding stuff but do not deliver them. I have never been so disappointed, they have ended up destroying the most important event for my friend and it’s mentally exhausting to even connect to them.

The initial commitment was to deliver all things ( traditional, cinematic, album ) and raw videos and pics in 15-20 days. So far its been 4 months and the status is - 1. No complete delivery of raw items (it's partially delivered ). 2. No traditional and cinematic video delivery even asking so many times 3. No response on call and msg from last 2 months. 4. No album created even after sending the all photo details. They are highly unprofessional, and it feels like I have been cheated with no sight of delivery. The discussed payment was made absolutely in time within 2 days of the event
