Been chasing for my wedding video since the past 11 months, but the work has not been completed and always one or the other reason is provided. Also, no proper invoice was sent. Polite reminders to pay their fees were given from time to time, but after that they work has not been done. The team did not bother to sort or edit pics after I collected a raw files for back-up. Extremely sub standard services received. Looking to get refund.

We booked Picture it photography to cover all our wedding functions and we are not satisfied with their work as well as their services because they have stopped picking up our calls and neither do they close the transaction. They have not completed the work either. We are yet to receive our wedding albums and they have not done a single thing and it's been long. Not at all satisfied with their services!
