Pooja Sonik is the sweetest MUA! She was very patient, professional, comforting, and accommodating. I was super happy to have hired her as my MUA for the most important day of my life. She is an absolute magician! Not every makeup artist is capable of understanding your face and the specific improvisations that your face needs. But she does! She can work with both kind of people equally well ,those who know what dey want n are very particular about it along with those who totally leave it upto the mua to do wonders to deir face. I was kinda in the middle, n she worked excellently on my face giving me a very light base that i wanted. it looked flawless. The products she uses are all high quality, good brands! the makeup stayed the entire night. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and the experience is smooth. I had my make up done by Pooja for my sister's engagement and it was good. However she is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and rude. For the wedding day, we booked her to do my sister's and my makeup but here's what happened- 1. Her assistants showed up an hour late. 2. She never informed us that it is her assistant who ll be doing my make up and not herself. It was an unpleasant surprise. But her assistant Sandhya is good by nature. She is sweet but she made my eyebrows so dark and weird. Sandhya was the one helping us out when problem 3 started. 3. Pooja just walked out on us. Never said bye nothing. She left my sister and me completely dissatisfied in her services on the wedding day. After this, she literally dug hairpins into my scalp and not even a sorry. 3. Pooja is extremely rude and arrogant. She gets offended if you don't take her advice and starts making faces. What an unpleasant person to have around on your special day. I regret I ever booked her.
