Poonam is patient and soft spoken. She understood my situation and waited 3-4 hours for my attire to come. She is good with her work. But her work on my big day was not good enough. I was not happy with my bridal and bidai makeup. My family didn’t liked it as well. Also she charged me more than what the App shows. Which is again a sad part.
