In a single line - Ruined my day and memories for my engagement day for my life. We hired them for engagement day event and photoshoot. And we see that they have clicked no pictures of the bride solo - in full. When raised, they first tried to show some picture where the bride is twirling and asking to use that. There is no shot of the lehenga or hairdo etc. in the bulk of 300 plus photos shared, the bride features in 5-10 of them in full, rest is just some weird flash photography. Now they are giving excuses that time wasnt enough - but when they clicked the flash photos or photos of other people, they could have done this. And they had amole time and their team asked to leave foe the next shoot and that we were done with all shots. Regret hiring them, would have done a better job with just friends and family clicking. And now because we had professionals, we had no friends or family click since it was an indoor function. ———- I do not see a way to reply to your reply. But yes, these are the only few shots you have of me. My own engagement has 5-6 different solo shots of me. And your response to that was “I should have told your team that I wanted my shots”. Pretty weird if you think you need to be told to cover the bride. Also, I have no picture of me putting the ring on my Fiancé which is zoomed out. Good art maybe, but if you miss to cover important moments and people, I really have no words and it breaks my heart everytime I look at any of the pictures.
