Everything that glitters is not gold. Pulse Events and Weddings is a perfect example for this anecdote. From the surface, Pulse appears to be a world of magnificent, lavish events but as someone who worked here as a core team member, I can tell you that it’s a cheating, corrupt organisation built on the backs of unpaid staff. The work culture at Pulse is very demanding, with no fixed working hours. The upper management is a joke with no structure and no etiquettes. Mr Sunny Sabharwal’s lack of discipline often meant that the whole team had to wait hours upon hours because his highness was running late. But the worst of it all, when I decided to part ways with the company, they decided not to pay my salary and reimbursement. I left the company in December with promises that my salary for the month of November and December would be paid in a few days. Since then, Mr Sunny has stopped responding to all calls and messages. I later realised that a lot of my colleagues have had similar experiences. Pulse Events has a pattern of exploting their workforce and not paying them later. If you are planning to work here, please don’t. If you are planning to hire them for an event, ask yourself if you would want an immoral and corrupt organisation like this to be a part of your special day.

I began working with them in the limit of an admin and in events, they literally discussed a lot as though they are an absolutely employee-oriented company while it is all for the talks. However, the double standards that come over are highly toxic. The level of work they do might be remarkable but the exploitation of people that goes behind is unparalleled and exceptionally dark inside where every individual who works with them is taken advantage of, be it financially or mentally. I was way too enthusiastic about working with Pulse Events and left my corporate job to seek after my passion. But due to some personal issues when I told them I would not be able to continue with them, they could not take it. it was not that I did not fulfill the projects that committed to, I did them with all my energy and strength. But when I was not paid my compensation for October and November since Mr. Sabharwal just got the idea of not paying because if he that he pays, I could leave in the peak season when being a professional even after assuring them that I will complete the projects and then leave he still did not pay not only me but a few of colleagues as well. Yet, no one on this planet can change the fickle in his mind, and like every normal individual, we all work so that we can pay our bills and live independently but this man runs everyone else's life on his own terms. When asked him for clearing the pending Sunny Sabharwal literally ignored all the calls and messages sent, and then when he had no fucking intention to pay he blocked me because I was asking him to pay me my hard-earned money. How Professional he thinks of himself by doing all such cheap stunts. He just ignored the calls and left the messages on seen, He isn't so much as an ounce of Professional. He wants a system in his organization yet will not follow it when you suggest him so. All he continues doing is boasting about how great he is and demotivating his own team, and afterward, he whines about how he handles everything all alone. And if he is so capable of doing everything on his own why does he even need a team? Furthermore, it isn't only me with whom he has not paid and cleared the dues, there are other employees too I realize who have gone through similar issues. He can see all the Instagram stories yet can't return to the messages, and pay for the pending dues. All this basically shows how selfish he really is. Money can't buy you a class and a conscience. If by any chance you at any point consider working with Pulse think multiple times, prior to getting into this absolutely disgusting company. I wish there was any option of putting no stars as well.
