TL:DR; Pathetic service, poor management and no fulfillment of commitment. I hired Namita for my wedding in Hotel Plazzio, Gurgaon. She was clearly instructed what we need, when we need. In terms of decor, she didn't provide anything. Charged me 3 lakhs and delivered work of not more than 50k. Highlights of decor.. Two rice lights in a gathering of 170+ people at night. The place was so dark due to lack of lighting. Any professional would have basic sense to add lights to night events. Another thing I noticed, for flower decoration, her team hanged one marigold flowers ladi to one of the trees. She's not attentive.. for everything she needs to be told a zillion times and yet she has no clue what the client wanted. She'll be like we can't do this, too costly or some other excuse. In the end, she didn't deliver anything at all. Took the full amount by black mailing to stop the wedding if payment is not done in advance. Went to my fiancee's room in the early morning of our wedding day to ask for a full advance or will stop the work spoiling her mood as well right in the beginning of her day. These are the kind of people one should be extra cautious about especially when it comes to weddings. They feel they're really good, they've a lot of experience whereas they're not different from con artists. If not for the amazing service by the management team of Hotel Plazzio, she would have ruined our precious day.

Hiring Purple Bling for our 3-day wedding event was not one of our best decisions since they lack sense of responsibility, professionalism and the promise versus delivery quotient is extremely poor. Event Manager is usually hired to ensure both families enjoy the wedding while the arrangements are taken care by the event company, but with Purple Bling – Ankit & Namita(co-owners of the event company) were either not present/not answering the calls/were creating a fuss over things. While their costs are comparable with the market, the mental stress for families & product delivery makes them not an ideal choice for even a birthday party.

Purple Bling is a trusted organisation, I chose it for my wedding anniversary and the arrangements made were as per my wishes. Loved their arrangements 🙏

So, let me start with a little background as to why I make for a super picky bride. I am a wedding photographer and I have seen alot of weddings in a 9-year career. Which made me very particular about what I want and what to avoid. It also gave me a keen sense to know who to hire--however this does not mean that I am taking all credit. It ONLY makes me a very very very picky person. And now enter Namita and Tushar. They happen by true accident. But not all accidents are bad. Some like them are exceptionally necessary and quite amazing. When I met Tushar and Namita--I told them two things. I dont want anything loud and I want you to really use the location's beauty--because the place is beautiful. These two statements are not want decorators want to hear. As it is least invasive and makes it very hard for them to maneuver. But they made it possible nonetheless and with no other brief. In fact, after those two requests I did not even look into what they had planned for me and my to be husband (he is the cranky one amongst us lol). But four functions, 4 kind of decors and I was floored. Literally. My Mehendi was absolutely beautiful. With a December sun, clear blue skies of Corbett and all the jungle scenery. The duo really made colorful haven of the function. It was subtle, elegant despite the amount of colorful props used. The cocktail was decor was smashing, ethereal totally went with the crowd and ambiance of the function. The smashing duo even took care of teetotalers and aged people-who arent into the noise of a sangeet function. They had den for themselves, with lanterns hanging from trees and tables that were not too far from the dance floor. This allowed everyone to enjoy and have fun at their own pace. The entire resort's pathways were lit with fairylights and lamps providing for just the right feel to take a stroll down till the river. The Haldi decor was even more brilliant and their best decor was saved for the last. The vedi and the Jaimala area for us. I cant write more about how amazing they both are. They not only took care of the brief given to them but went over and above and helped make the wedding manageable and fun. For future brides and grooms--I dont think I need to recommend them coz after this review you shall know they 110% dependable, reliable and damn damn creative. However, I will tell you: Give them your briefs and let them go crazy. As I say artists function best when they are left to their fancies. Thank you Tushar and Namita. It was a job amazingly done

If you are dealing just with Namita you should have no problems . Her hardwork and customer service is probably the only reason why the company gets any business whatsoever. Abhiyank on the other hand is a nightmare to deal with. We spent over 3 months detailing the decor for 4 events out of which only 1 was actually met as such the 3 months spent going back and forth with Abhiyank were a total waste as only 25% of what was promised in the final presentation was delivered. The biggest joke was the wedding mandap which could hardly hold more than 4 people in it , we had to do our pheras from outside the mandap as there was no space to actually walk around the fire within.We were cheated even with the DJ , where we were promised a certain Rahul Sharma and then instead got a Student who was interning and was learning how to use a console for the first time on our Sangeet ! Purple Bling is just a decor company and NOT a wedding planning company. We were threatened by Abhiyank and team when these points were put forth who is not open to any feedback whatsoever (a proper thug) however thanks to Namita our reception was pushed through with some single handed effort from her side. In a nut shell , deal with Namita but ensure you DO NOT have Abhiyank as part of her team , as all attempts to overcharge and thug you off your money will be made.
