Irresponsible, Careless!! I wish I could go back in the time and redo things, she spoilt my reception by using cheap zip. Even after charging a bomb, she did not change the zip of my gown , I told her thrice that how can I zip it when your staff cant pull the zip up and she delivered the gown without checking herself, on the day of my reception I found the zip half open from the middle, my main day got screwed which I cannot fix it ever, i so regret to pay a woman who does such big mistakes and doesnt even bother to apologise or accept her mistakes, definitely she takes her clients for granted.
