Extremely poor service to say the least. The owner Hardik is a smooth talker who will make big promises and wouldn’t deliver even a fraction of them. Will use Pinterest images to catfish clients and doesn’t have any of the material or craftsmen needed to deliver anything even remotely close to them. If that isn’t enough, he is also extremely rude, incompetent and barely even present at all. We hired them for my brother’s wedding and the entire event was ruined single handedly by the event planners. So much so that they shut the lights and sound off in the middle of the event with all our guests at the venue, and vanished. Major blunders like barely any seating, lack of sound system, and goes without saying, no accountability for any of it. Even his own vendors complained that he’s been rude and under delivering earlier as well due to which none of them could get paid. If you somehow manage to get a hold of him to discuss any of this before or at the event, he will argue and talk rudely, and is also always prepared to fight, even physically if shouting doesn’t get him anywhere. No one should be subjected to this torture on their special day. Do not recommend at all.
