Very bad service.. all the promises made by Sakshi and Ishan Awasthi get shattered at the the event day. Unprofessional behavior and lack of Co-ordination among team members.at the day of event both was absent although they have committed at least one of them will be present.(Sakshi and Ishan).They always gives false excuses. Radiance team members named Nishi Srivastava and Ishan raza makes our life time memory worse and and they also threaten you that remove your mandap before marriage if you will not give them good review video too. stage was too bad all the flowers used are artificial and mandap was changed what we selected too cheap quality materials used. after the mariage we came to knew that they hire another event planner called for our wedding.

We hired Radiance service for hospitality and decor work and happy to share our experience that we are fully satisfied by there services. Initialy we have some doubts but at the end of the day our event become most memorable part of our life. Thank you team Radiance..

Please whoever is reading this it is a request and a warning to those people who are planning to hire them. They are most unprofessional people I have met in my entire life. I had hired them for my wedding and till this day I regret my decision. They will initially come to out be the most sophisticated and honest managers but they are just fooling people. They had ruined my events by providing below standard services and when you reach out to them they will stop receiving your phone calls. What they do is - they take handsome amount of money from you and hire cheap and unprofessional vendors to save money for themselves resulting into compromising in the services provided to you. They destroyed my sangeet ceremony and haldi. They ruined my photographs and videos which is the most important thing after the wedding. They had hired such unprofessional photographers who don’t even know how to take pictures. The owner of the company who’s name is Ishan is a ghost like man who never entertains your calls and grievances. DONT HIRE THEM. I wish someone had told me this.

After charging around a lakh for Photography they are not delivering any thing. None of their phones are reacheable, and all employees have either left the company. Trust me when I say this, it will be the BEST decision/gift you could give to yourself on the wedding day. My husband and I are very hands-on and organized, we wanted to plan our wedding ourselves as we wanted to incorporate every element of our personalities, our relationship, and have that reflected in our wedding. We sourced all of our own decorations (frames, glass bottles, luggage, sweetheart table, sweetheart bench, etc). However, we knew we needed help on the day of. Radiance events helped us execute it. From our first meeting with her, she exuded so much grace, knowledge about the wedding industry, and had this wonderful calming aura about her. We met and talked for 2 hours, and he showed us what types of services she can provide for month of/day of coordination - they gave us a peak at the timeline she creates for the wedding day, and how she stays in touch with our vendors the month before. Throughout the process, they were very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the big day. The month of our wedding, she was in constant communication with us. She is quick to reply, and extremely helpful! Radiance Events is simply amazing, and I wish I could write down all the things they helped us with! On our wedding day, they and their team were prompt, always there to field any questions from family members, friends, and vendors. They set up the reception venue so perfectly, and was able to utilize all of the decorations I had set out. Ishan nd shalu was so sweet and caring - she was always one step ahead and even packed us water and sandwiches because everyone knows the bride and the groom never eat on their wedding day. Shakshi was amazing as well, she helped set up the details at our reception venue, and helped us throughout the night.

Team was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, shalu was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We can't thank Radiance event enough for helping our big day go so smoothly. They are the worst event planner, they organized my brother's wedding in January in Ramada Lucknow and on the wedding day nobody was available from their group. Never go by their photos because their decoration was very cheap with what they showed us in the photos. They are doing fraud with people in their coat pants and tilak on their forehead.They charged us for atishbazi in the barat and nobody heard of any kind of crackers, they charged us for natural flowers in the decoration of stage but they used only cheap artificial flowers.Their flaws are unlimited so please don't waste your your money on this event planner.

We are satisfied with all the service they provides but I only suggest Radiance team to work on more natural flowers because we find decoration of my event is very beautiful, the only thing where you guys can improve your quality to increase ratio of natural flowers. The worst service one can expect. Did not deliver what they showed in pics. Only backdrops in name of lawn decoration. The phool chadar given was so small not a single person could fit in it. The mandap decor given was nothing but just iron structure and cloth pieces. Not a single item was delivered as shown be it mandap decor, mehendi decor, safa , stage name whatever,the stage broke during dance performances . Their staffs and they were not reachable on main wedding day, phones switched off. Did such a horrible work that did not call back for feedback or any other thing.

I had so many other vendors at my wedding but this guy was a disappointment everytime. 1. They will promise for big things, will give u shit. 2. All artificial flowers were used in all decoration and I was charged so high for the same. 3. Gave me the worst anchor on my sangeet and spoilt my sangeet. 4. The sound system and DJ were do bad that mic was not working and DJ had no sense of songs and what go play when. He did not even have recent songs. 5. This man Faisal took 80 percent advance before the event, and during wedding when dad was busy he wanted the rest immediately. and said if he wont pay immediately, he will take away my mandap before marriage. 6.When after engagement, I gave my feedback nd told him what i did not like, instead of taking feedback..this guy started shouting on me.(bride) started telling me that in 2.5 lakhs he has given me more than enough. 7. They promised for a varmala of realrose flowers ,they gave 2days old spoilt mala..soo low quality,that i was embarrassed on the stage. and so much more. 8.This company is runned by a bunch of unprofessional people. I would not want anyone to face the same thing as me.. hence the feedback

I wish , I could give them negative stars but unfortunately that's not possible. Please don't trust them with your decor. They are a bunch of inexperienced folks who promise stars but cannot deliver on peanuts. They charge hefty amount and on top of that they take all the money in advance so they are basically indifferent to what they deliver. My wedding got delayed by 3 hours because the decor was not ready on time. I had given them every tiny detail on what I want but I got some half cooked half prepped extremely underwhelming output. They gave me a major headache on my wedding and imagine , I was arguing with SHALU and SARVESH to put Gadda sets and clean chairs in the mandap hall. I mean this is basics forget about decor. Complete bunch of nonsense people. PLEASE STAY AWAY From them if you don't want a disaster on your wedding day.

We hired shalu nd ishan from Radiance Event to set up the venue decorations for us. They was fabulous, experienced, and very affordable. They did a great job and the few items that were different than planned they made sure to fix immediately. Can't recommend them enough!

Hiring shalu as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was instrumental in helping us organise the wedding , attending a site visit and coming up with questions that we didn't even think to ask. She helped us with our wedding schedule, set up our ceremony & reception, liaised with our vendors and much more.
