We recently booked the bridal makeup from Rahul for my sister's wedding and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience,He really did magic with that make up wand! My sister was looking absolutely stunning !! Also the make up held through all the functions, the dancing, the crying(ofcourse!). Highly unprofessional. Rahul forgot about my roka makeup booking and went to Rishikesh for some wedding on the day of my event. I called him an hour before my makeup time and he sent his team member to do my makeup even though I specifically confirmed from him that he will do my makeup. There was no one to help with the outfit and jewellery at his studio. I had confirmed the date and time atleast 5 times but there was no mention of my booking in his studio dairy. He created unnecessary panic for me and my family on our big day. His senior artist- Harman saved the day but Rahul was highly disrespectful and unconcerned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
