Extremely bad experience, Rahul himself didn't turn up on the event day and sent his team which was inexperienced especially the hair stylist , cannot even call him a stylist. They arrived late at the venue and was extremely slow in work. The team was only bothered about their payment and not about the service . Won't recommend. Response to your revert: Very clear heads-up of extra makeup or extra styling was discussed before paying advance ( screenshot of conversation attached), 2 kids makeup or 1 male makeup charges were duly paid off , then and there. I did MG of 5 makeups and paid the due extra without even deducting a penny even after extremely poor service by the inexperienced hair stylist. I actually called one extra hair stylist on my own which was the saving grace. Rahul never mentioned that he would not turn for my event. You always knew I have booked for wedding function make up , shared the outfit picture and hair styling reference s with you as well, not even extra thing over an above my party makeup have been expected or asked by me ,what was done was accepted . As service provider, you should embrace the shortcomings and not make false allegations to cover your shortfalls.

I still remember my first meet with Rahul Sir for the discussion exact one day before my wedding as everything decided in four days that I have married; with all the glitches and hassles, he made my day so successful. The most important part I did not take a single session of pre-bridal as I need to work on lots of things and I have a shortage of time not even clean up As I do not have time for trial so During the discussion, he heard me so patiently to understand what I am comfortable with instead of throwing his terms and conditions.
