WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST 1 STAR I CANT POST THIS REVIEW.. TRULY I GIVE MINUS STARS .I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY. BUT LIMITED SPACE. I am a Sri lankan. it was a family wedding. i wanted the best saree to wear. so I chose RANAS VOGUE / RANAS LEGACY IN JAIPUR.I ordered a saree in dusty rose, pure silk by paying inr 36500 and i received a saree completely different in colour and fabric. So wedding was over and I could not wear it. when contacted the number given on their website she wanted to return the saree to check its quality and now she is very harsh on me and thereafter stopped communicating with me once she received the saree. They are not at all competent in catering especially to international clients as the staff at ranas vogue is not at all conversant in english language . they never reply to your messages including the TOP MANAGEMENT . MR VAIBHAV RANA or SARA RANA. they palm of the issue to the staff. i have lost INR 36500 . Closer upon to LKR 150000 . still i want the world to know i made a mistake by not going through the google reviews and their credibility prior to placing the order. they say that the colour is correct. i got light pink. i have all proof. communication threads. videos. Especially the contact mobile number presently belonging to the person mentioned on web have so much EGO and never listened to the client. so pathetic. I had to use GOOGLE TRANSLATOR to communicate what i wanted to say. none of the other contact numbers are answered now and then. They don't know to handle issues. I am so disappointed with ranas vogue and ranas legacy. Customer service is the most important thing in any business. I have Returned the wrongly done saree on 28th September . Still waiting for my refund. I have also noted that they have positive reviews in year 2017s . Since recently they have an issue attending to clients needs. I request Ranas Legacy proprietor Mr Vaibhav Rana to please check why it is like this now ?I have lost my life time savings. i post this review at least for another person to take precautions before placing any order with them. THE BEST THING IS THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP AND ALSO ON SOCIAL MEDIA.I AM DRAFTING A COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITIES SO THAT THEY WILL NOT TREAT CLIENTS IN THIS MANNER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE . If I don’t receive any response from them in the next few days, I will not hesitate from sending them a legal notice even though i am in Sri lanka the shipping address was in Chennai initially, for this as it is not ok to take your customers for granted even after repeated feedback as can be seen from reviews here.They also dont have REVIEWS PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE for obvious reasons
