I was in touch with Vartika for 3 months and when i was about to finalise the things, she put her terms and conditions on me. She is not at all client-oriented, and takes no responsibility for her clients. She just wants to make money by making her client's fool. She is in the business which should make the client's special day the best day of his/her life but she is better in arguing and takes no responsibility. she wants client to agree on her terms and conditions but she won't agree on client's terms. She will be very polite initially then at the end she will send you a mail which includes her TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please be aware to read that mail as that mail will be containing the things whichbyou don't want at all. Also, she doesn't let her clients speak. Very very bad experience! after wasting approx 3 months on her. and you can see how she easily she can put blame for money hungry!😂 in the respose. Dear Vartika, you can surely be good at business but not at client handling and can never make good terms with your clients

Before meeting with Vartika at Random Clicks Photography we had a skype interview with another company that we loved, though they were not local, hence the skype meeting. There wasn't a lot of pressure on ourselves to convince us to go with Random Clicks Photography at the time. Though, we loved Vartika's work that we viewed online so we wanted to meet her. Meeting with Vartika was great. Walking into her office at Vibhuti Khand, She was very personable and there were tons of albums available that allowed us to look at more of her work that was not posted online. I think that sealed it for us right away. Seeing all the various styles of weddings she has shot and coming away with unique shots left a comfortable feeling in our stomachs that we would get the great shots we would hope for. After our meeting, we decided to wait a day or two to pick between Random Clicks and the other company even though I think my wife and I knew who we were going to end on. There was a little bit of pressure to sign before we left, but not enough to make it weird or uncomfortable. We told Vartika we would be in touch and let her know our decision, whichever it was. Over the next day or so we went back and forth between the two portfolios, really making sure we were happy with our decision. As previously stated, it really came down to the variety Random Clicks Photography has shot and the finished product. We were so enamored with the photos we ended up booking her for our wedding day and doing a couple photo session as well. We did our engagement session at a local banquet that we really like. Management was great and let us come in before opening so we didn't have to deal with crowds. Vartika was very punctual. She was very open to different ideas that we had as well as coming up with her own. She would entertain our ideas even though they might not have turned into the best photos. No fault of her, just our lousy ideas :) The overall session was a little over an hour I would say. I can't remember exactly how long it took to get the photos, maybe a week or two? They came on a very presentable flash drive with low resolution photos, for facebook and high-resolution photos for any large prints we might want printed. It was a great experience and a nice warm up for the wedding since neither the wife or I are the most comfortable in front of the camera. Leading up to the wedding day, once we had a rough timeline of the events of the day, we met with Vartika again to go over it at the venue. She did some rearranging of the timeline to better suit the photography needs. It was nice meeting at the venue so we could share with her some ideas that we had and to give him the opportunity to develop ideas prior to the big day. The day of the wedding, Vartika showed up on time. She spent most of the early afternoon with my wife while she was getting ready in her room. We decided to do our first look a few hours before the ceremony at Ramada. We really love the Gallery with antiques and wanted to get photos of us with it. We were pretty nervous about the crowds. When we got our photos back it was amazing. You look at the photos and you would think we were the only people at the gallery. Which couldn't have been further from the truth. That attention to her surroundings and getting the best pictures possible is worth double of what we paid. The ceremony and reception, it seemed like Vartika was in all the right places at the right time and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. Review box is unfortunately limiting how many words I give for this review. In the end we loved everything about Random Clicks. Vartika was right about everything. She is a pro. Her portfolio drew us in but how she handled everything after is why we will recommend her to anyone who asks for a photographer Thank you Vartika for everything you have done. I wish I could write more!

Random Clicks photographed my sister’s wedding this Summer. From the initial meeting, to the wedding day, to the photo delivery, Vartika was a pure pleasure to work with. Vartika truly took to heart my Sister and her husband’s personality and style and captured the day in a way that truly reflected who they are. Vartika is kind, patient and a true professional. It was a sweltering day but that did not impede any passion and energy in the least. The delivered photos were absolutely stunning. When my we reviewed the gallery we laughed, we got a little teary-eyed and we experienced the day all over again; taking in some moments we didn’t get to witness ourselves, but then through Vartika’s beautifully artistic style. Her talent and eye for a distinctive photo is incredible. Vartika’s second photographer, Ratnesh, is equally as wonderful! We will not hesitate to contact Vartika again for future photography, whether it be for any celebration or family portraits.

Random Clicks Photography was recommended to us by friends that also used Random Clicks as their wedding photographer. We immediately contacted Random Clicks to potentially be our wedding photographer after seeing our friends' engagement photos. The quality and style of their photos were amazing. We were definitely impressed. Our photographer, Atul, was very easy to work with throughout the planning process. He was quick and responsive to emails and had a laid back/down to earth personality that helped put us at ease. His great personality was especially helpful during the day of wedding. The wedding photos were beautiful. He was able to capture an amazing sunset outside the hotel at Riverfront Atul was also able to capture great moments during the day, and we were able to really sense the emotions from his photos. We are so happy that we were able to work with Atul and Random Clicks Photography and would definitely recommend them to others/use them in the future for other events.
