Pathetic ! Don’t even think of booking her. Had the worst customer experience. Booked her for 15 Nov 2021 on 25th May 2021( 6months before) at her studio. Paid 27,500/- advance . my wedding dates and venue changed to Jaipur and she demanded rs 2,00,000/- for 2 functions. They denied rescheduling/party makeup/transferring amount and I was told that my money would go into cancellation. Pls note that the date 15 Nov has already been booked and they are not at any loss. They are not responding to my emails and messages. They have taken my money without providing any service. They loot their clients in the name of T&C.

Hello Bharti Hope you and your family are doing well!! You had booked us for 15th Nov 21 at the studio. Later you reached out to us for 13th and 14th Nov 21 in Jaipur (change due to personal reason). Our T & C’s clearly states date, time and venue can not be altered at a later stage. We still went beyond our T and C’s to accommodate and offered Outstation package for two days for non saaya dates. As Outstation package for saaya date is much higher. If all the brides keep changing their booking details how do you expect us to manage our calendar. We are glad you posted as we would like to set right expectations.
