Hi Aanchal Hope you and your family are doing well You had a make up with us on 16th Feb. We held a consultation with you, where you had a look in mind. We spent hours with you to create your look, shared references of jewelry , stores etc. (Pictures attached). If we had a problem with your brown complexion why would we spend all this time and effort on you. Secondly regarding the photographers see attached the chat where we clearly denied photographers at the studio because of COVID we cant accommodate 5 people from photography team As you insisted on the same we allowed clearly mentioning it for last 30 mins. If you still call them at start time and make them wait it is not our concern You also wrote that we were pushy and spoilt your mood on your wedding day, If this was the case we don't understand why you were still messaging us two months after the wedding day and sharing your professional pictures with us ( Screenshot attached) We feel the reason for this review is that we did not feature you on our page while you persuaded us with the pictures. For your information we had never committed a feature on the page and will not give in to such blackmailing.
