I wish there could be a lower rating to give to these unprofessional bunch of brats. I got in touch with her manager in the month of June to book Rashi for my wedding that is in November. They said that Rashi isn’t available for your required date so we can book a senior artist for you. I saw the senior artist’s work and confirmed the booking by paying 21k in advance (50%). 3 months after booking them and just 2 months prior to my wedding date, I get a call from her manager saying that we’re sorry but we will have to cancel your booking and we will refund your amount. Everyone who’s been a bride or is going to become one knows how difficult it is to get a makeup artist on such a short notice. But these people did not care about that and clearly attempted to risk a brides wedding day. If I would have been the one who had cancelled this booking, they wouldn’t have refunded a single penny. And this is how these so called “luxury wedding makeup artist” treat their brides who is ready to pay them these humongous amounts, host their stay and travel! Please watch out before you book them.
