Ratna Makeup Artist

I would never recommend them at anycost! Please do not go with them checking out their instagram post. I regret everytime choosing them whenever i see my make up and especially my saree draping 😭 The drapist was helper girl and not any form professional. She drapped my expensive saree around me like a BRIDE’S NIGHTMARE. When i got frustrated they said you should have given box pleating. But my aunt drapped a similar silk saree for my engagement and that was way 1000 times better then what they did. They got the payment for two saree draping and vanished after horribly draping one. Later when asked for the money return they just accused us by saying you should have asked us to stay. And till now we dint get our money back either.

Don't go for this makeup artist looking at those photos. They are all edited. In real their makeup was only average and not worth the huge price I paid. Within half and hour, the makeup started smudging out. They didn't even do the hairstyle which I've asked for. Before booking they talked all sweet and nice. The assistant gave me assurance saying they will do any kinda hairstyle I ask and they won't charge anything extra except for the accessories. But on the actual day they messed up my hairdo blaming me that I didn't give them sufficient time. A pro would have managed to give me a good hairdo atleast if not the one I chose. But the hairstyle they did on my hair was terrible and amateurish. I might as well would have done a better hairdo myself. They also asked me to pay extra for the accessories for the bride and bridesmaids right away while my bro's marriage reception was happening. I kindly asked them I'll pay later after checking the bill and I'm busy with the event. But they made me to pay the extra cost right away at the spot even though my bro paid them full price already. On contacting, the senior artist ratna sounded rude and mean when I expressed my dissatisfaction over my makeover and on asking about the details of the extra bill. Only later did we find out that the accessories they mentioned in the bill weren't actually used by the bride and some bridesmaids. They refunded the extra pay only after my bro and the bride did the talking. Overall they don't keep with their words, very money-minded and unprofessional. Only Overpriced! Don't get deceived by the photos.

The saree draping was the worst nightmare on your big day. Not recommending any future brides i know. Make up was good but started cracking in an hour.

Makeup was extremely good but they were super late which was really really stressful as because of that I couldn’t take any pictures and all the events got pushed back.

I have booked ratna makeup artist for my wedding reception. The makeup was so perfectly done retaining the original features including complexion nd accentuated her persona beautifully nd gorgeously. undoubtedly i would recommend ratna makeup artist to all. she is perfect, punctual nd phenomenal in her work.

Ratna loves her job! She is very flexible and will take all the time needed to make look perfect! She explains how she is applying the make up and the products she is using.I was absolutely pleased with the makeup. It was a gorgeous bridal  face. Ratna was able to accentuate my wife features without making feel over  done.
