Rings and Roses

So so so glad that we chose rings and roses to beautify our wedding. They did an incredible job at decorating the venue. The entire team did a great job and made sure everything was done on time. They are definitely what you need for your wedding. Highly recommended!

Warning!!!    Warning!!!   Warning!!! A big warning to everyone... Do not go for this planner (Rings and Roses, Bengaluru) I had booked them for my sister-in-laws wedding in Bengaluru At the very onset of our interaction they were reluctant for a client visit and then site visit. They kept on insisting that we should book them first and then only they will visit the venue which is something very unheard of in this industry. The owner Rosemary is one of the most egoistic and stubborn lady I have come across in a service industry. Initially when she provided the estimate of the wedding , I happened to point out the exhorbitant transportation charges as she was already taking a management fee of 15 % on top of it. She was not ready to even reduce the price by Re 1. Gradually I could understand that she was overcharging us way too high (over the market prices) . Hence I hired few individual vendors and she was left with arranging the wedding decor, sangeet decor, our house decor and the photographer. Now the next thing, they gave us links of photographers who are based in Mumbai, without our knowledge ( kindly do note that the marriage was in Bengaluru) . I mean who gives links of outstations vendors untill specifically asked for. As if there were no professional wedding photographers left in Bengaluru. The outstation photographers started to demand accomodation, fooding, and transportation charges from Mumbai to Bengaluru (all to be borne by us) in addition to other expenses. That created a lot of inconvenience for us. And when we were in the midst of sorting out the confusion and had already transfered an amount of 6 lakh inr to Rosemary, one fine day she cancelled the booking of the entire event. All this just when the wedding was a few days away. We tried a lot to work out a mutual solution. My husband made international calls (since we are based out of India) and spoke with Rosemary with great patience and humility requesting her to reconsider her decision. All this while Rosemary had been quite rude and egoistic. This side of hers came to light only after when we had confirmed her services and paid her the booking amount. It seemed as if she wanted her customers to beg on their knees for the services for which she was being paid. Each and every request from our end was met with a rude one word responses "No", "Not possible". All these we were doing by making international calls  to sort out confusions created by her and her good company. After she cancelled to carry out the event, she had clearly mentioned that she would refund us all the money back. Unfortunately, she did not return our entire money and all these were happening when we needed the money to give to the new wedding planner whom we finalised within 2 short days. This lady cancelled the services on her own and still withheld a significant amount of money which was paid as booking amount to her (almost 60000 inr). All this as cancellation charges/non refundable booking amount when it was her who canceled the event and not us. It seems she believes in making easy money by canceling events by herself and holding back huge sums of money paid by the customers. We also came to know that she does this with other clients

Rings and Roses are really exceptional wedding planners. They had a really great team and their work was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding a truly memorable they, because of them everything went smoothly. Loved their work!

One of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding was getting in touch with Rings & Roses team. They were fantastic right from planning to execution. Anjali Ratnam was the main person leading our decor and arrangements. What a beautiful soul she is to work with. Paulami and I both feel lucky to have her for our wedding. Whatever we dreamt of she and her team pulled it off perfectly and gracefully. We never ever had to tell them how it needs to be done. very efficient people and accomodating aswell. They do everything you ask for. The only thing was that the person who was dealing with us first left or something so we had to explain the whole thing to someone else again. Otherwise they made sure that all the arrangements were on point.

Rings and Roses were the best team to be associated with. I had a two day function on 4th and 5th November. Everything went ahead perfectly as planned. We have been discussing the event past few months and Komal from R&R made sure that they provide us everything as promised. Team was extremely professional and supportive in everything. They infact helped us more than we could ask for. Cheers to the wonderful team. All the relatives were impressed and happy seeing the decor and preparations.Work was very smooth. ????????????????????

Rings and Roses were the best that we could choose. We wanted a simple wedding where we didn't want unnecessary expenses. Rings & Roses adhered to our request and gave us lot of options on how we can have our wedding reception. They made it beautiful for us. Thank you Rings & Roses. :)

Rings and roses were the the official planners for my Reception in Bangalore are the Grand Magrath hotel. It was the dream reception I had in my head. Komal, who was my point of contact did a fantastic job right from start to finish. My description for this reception was - lights ( haha) My she totally got and made wonderful suggestions to help my get what I wanted Everything that was panned was excecuted to the T on the day with zero coordination on my part Every element every detail was taken care of. Rings and Roses were the official planners for our wedding party held on the 14th of May, 2016 at Bungalow 7. Right from the beginning we were very clear that we wanted an intimate, outdoor location, preferably with a garden or a lawn, where we could celebrate with our friends and family, and Bunglow 7 served as the perfect location for this. In the center of a well groomed lawn stands a gorgeous, vintage bungalow, which exudes an old world charm. Lush green tree, surround the center building, the vines and leaves give the location a cosy, fairy tale feel-think a cute cottage (but large) in the woods in the stories that you have read. I cannot praise the location enough, in short, it was perfect for our needs. With regards to Rings and Roses, they were the perfect planners that we were looking for. After our initial couple of meetings, where we explained to them what we were looking for, and the kind event we wanted to host, it was smooth sailing. We were always on the same page, and everything that we had requested for- the dcor, the bar, the food, the set-up, the music and the service was absolutely to our liking. The entire affair was to our liking and we had a fantastic time, most importantly, I did not have to stress one bit about the actually planning of the event, which was the icing on the cake. Rings and Roses took care of everything, I cannot stress enough about how important it is to have a good team working on your event, it gives you time to focus on both yourself as well as the other things that require your attention. I am happy they took over all the planning, both the execution and the delivery was great. On the way of our wedding the place looked magical, they had transformed the venue into a lovely space filled with lights, flowers and great energy. Both my husband and I loved it, as did our guests! I will highly recommended both the venue as well as the team for your special event.
