Learnings and Caution in dealing with Rings N Roses for all potential clients of Rings N Roses:- 1) Deliverables : Confirm deliverables in writing since they do have habit of denying what was agreed when commitment is made. 2) Renegotiation habit : They have habit of renegotiating after agreeing an amount. Don’t entertain such non sense habits. 3) Presence of Senior Management : It’s a must. Otherwise don’t expect that everything will be ready when the event commences. 4) Quality and Presence of decorator during event : It’s a must again. Things will be noticed and falling during events due to poor quality, ensure someone is there to fix them. In fact ensure with prior visit to event that quality of decoration exists or not as agreed. Thins should not be falling to start with. 5) Cheap mindset of money-making : They have mindset of making money at cost of quality and not adhere to deliverables. They are simply not bothered as long as majority payment is in their pocket. 6) Payment terms : Ensure not more than 50% advance is paid before event finishes. As mentioned above, they are simply not bothered once majority Pmt is in pocket. 7) Uncompetitive : Cross check cost with other competitors. You maybe surprised to note that you may be paying almost double the cost what other decorators may charge. They will delay in giving you commercial offer till last moment so that you don’t have enough choice to go to other decorators at last moment. 8 ) Conclusion : Avoid engaging them if you have a choice. These are our personal experience which is being shared which may be different to others. All the best if someone still intends to engage them!

If anyone is planning a wedding in Kolkata with RingsNRoses, do not go forward. This suggestion is from personal experience. Our son’s wedding - a one-time joyous occasion, yet we were not allowed to fully enjoy it. RingsNRoses, the ‘renowned’ exorbitant decor firm truly ruined our celebration. Ritu Jagnani subcontracted our event, and the deliverables didn’t match our discussions. The manifested decor and stage were falling apart with nails littered about and wires running loose. Moreover, we were informed only two days prior to the event that the senior executives wouldn’t be present. Then, no one from their team was present during the events for coordination and intercommunication. Our moment of grandeur and celebration was dreadfully ruined.

They were my wedding decorators for our wedding. They did a great job with the decor for the wedding functions. They did meet our expectations and after months of discussions,they definitely did outdo themselves. Very happy with how it turned out to be. Highly recommended.

We had hired RingsNRoses on our wedding and they are really good at their work. They had done brilliant decoration on our wedding and we were really happy with it. Decoration was on point, just as described and the pictures turned out to be so good.
