Rishi & Vibhuti is of my favourites label . The color schemes , silhoutes , aesthetics are so appropriate that for every function of my sisters weddjmg brought the outfits from them . They made it possible in a very short span of time . Their customer service is so nice and quick . Looking forward to shop more soon .

The most unprofessional people I came across. Please dont rely on any of their words as they are going to completely ruin your special day..a bunch of people named DAkshina, Disha and Ishaan who will keep making false promises and will fool around u...the owners who run the brand will never ever come in the picture what so ever may be the scene.. This label is a complete CHARADE!! BEWARE!!

They delivered a disastrous dress on the day when it was scheduled to arrive, not at all similar to the sample I had tried. I immediately returned the dress. Next day I had to travel all the way to Noida for fittings, they took forever to alter the dress even though I had sent them pictures and told them exactly what was to be altered before hand. They had taken more than 80% of the payment at the time of booking and when I refused to pay the remaining Rs. 2000 because the dress was not at all satisfactory the owner Rishi says "We are not dying for your 2000" and cut the phone on my face! That's the kind of attitude they have with their clients, being absolutely regardless of the client's time and energy and money. I had to take a leave to go all the way to their office and I reached back so late that I actually missed one of the wedding events which I was supposed to attend that evening! It was a horrible horrible service, I would never go back to them.. the outfit is not even worth it.. as they didn't even put any lining and just sent me a cheap dress which absolutely didn't match the standards of the sample. I had to show them their own pics from online apps to prove it was not like the design. But the worst was the owners behavior so I would not recommend this brand to anyone!
