I hired this photographer for a special event (wedding/engagement/birthday) but the experience was very disappointing. First of all, there was no such thing as punctuality - arrived an hour after the event started. Due to this, many important moments were not captured on camera. Also, the quality of the photos we were given was very poor - many were blurry and lighting was not taken care of. Editing was promised but the photos were sent in almost raw state. When feedback was given, there was neither any response nor any attempt to improve. Complete lack of professionalism was felt. After such high expectations and payment, getting such service is really disappointing. I would not recommend their photography services to anyone. If you want this review to be in a specific style (e.g. polite, angry, sarcastic etc.) or based on a specific event, please provide more details - I will customize it accordingly.

It was an amazing experience with Akshit and team. He covered our full wedding and we love watching our wedding video time and again. It is so beautifully captured. Emotions, music everything is just so close to our heart. Best, Shivangi & Shubham

It’s all about how they feel every moment of your special day with you. Rosette is an excellent team of people who have immense talent in recognising and capturing “just the right” moments ,and on top of it, they did not even once ask us to pause any ceremonies for photographs. They understood the piousness of it all. Akshit has a knack for asking perfect questions at the perfect time, this guy is the master of feelings. The whole team felt like my friends from school with whom I could relax and chill while getting some beautiful pictures clicked - or maybe not if I said so ! When i look back at the pictures and videos, i feel the exact same emotions because the team captures it so well. Did not feel like i was posing for the camera. Ratul and team was really good and patient the whole time. They were always on time and very polite with everyone. The best part was they were also dressed as per the events so it didn’t spoil our videos/pictures
