I had the most amazing experience with Ruchika Bhatia’s makeup! I booked her makeup service for a family function for two people. Despite facing unexpected infrastructure issues at her studio, she didn’t let that affect her commitment— she came to our place without charging anything extra, which was incredibly thoughtful. What truly impressed me was how she took the time to understand our outfits, makeup preferences, the nature of the family function, and what would suit each of our personalities best. She was genuinely invested in making sure we not only looked beautiful but also felt confident and comfortable. On top of that, she did more makeup than what was originally booked, all without a hint of fuss. Her calm, professional, and warm presence made the whole experience even more special.
