Not only did she first take time out to moisturise and nourish my skin but also timed out all the draping, make up and hairdo. I also took along my sister in law for guest makeup and we both are extremely satisfied for the pricing, quality and creative aspects of the makeup. Rupsha gave me a very natural look complete with light Smokey look like I asked her for. She is also an amazing person to talk to and enjoyed a lot during our 5 hour session.. I am writing this review on behalf of my fiance Shikta. Although she advised me against putting up a review of this terrible experience, I felt the need to do so to let this experience be out there for other brides to make an informed choice. So this happened on 26th December. Me and Shikta were in town for our Pre-wedding shoot. Shikta needed a hairstyle change in Ruin House. Please note that it was very clear that Shikta needed only ONE hairstyle change and both Rupsha and Sonu (the hairstylist who works with Rupsha) were well aware of this. We had offered to pick up Sonu, this is precisely where the problem started. Since he had some time to his disposal in Ruin House, he forcefully jumped in between two shots, and started tying Shikta's hair. I got very angry as we were already behind schedule and asked him to not interrupt. The guy acted very innocent and said to Shikta 'Didi bas 2 minute', and just folded her hair up with clips in not more than 2 minutes (please note that he just folded her hair without even using any comb in 2 minutes). Shikta then had her hair done later as planned after the shoot completed in Ruin House. Next day early in the morning, Shikta told me that Rupsha has charged for another hairstyle for that 2 min job which this guy did midway. We were shocked and I asked her to call and clarify with Rupsha. What was to follow was more terrible. Rupsha started shouting at Shikta yelling as if she was trying to cheat her by hiding that she got an additional hairstyle done without informing her. She talked so rudely that I had to intervene to let her know that she DOES NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO SHOUT AT ANYONE LIKE THAT. Shikta is a very quiet person and cannot generally speak in loud voice, so when I tried to shut this woman down, she had the guts to say to me 'You stay out of this'. I was like Shut the f up, you don't have any right to shout at my fiance like that. God knows what transpired between this Sonu guy and Rupsha, they made this up to charge an additional hairstyle. It is not about the money, 1 hairstyle is nothing where Shikta did 5 hairstyles and 4 makeup and we duly paid for that because we are salaried honest people who never keep people waiting for their dues. It was about the way this woman questioned about our integrity and the way she shouted at Shikta, I hope no other bride has to go through any such experience. This Sonu guy seemed fraudulent to me right from the start, and I had alerted Shikta too. We picked him up, invited him for lunch with us in Ruin House along with the camera crew, gave him our room in BNR to stay and rest, gave him food and coffee there, and then this is what this guy does in return. Rupsha even defended this Sonu guy saying he is poor and he might have done something for a little extra money. I guess she should know dishonesty takes you nowhere and if this is what she's promoting and defending, God help them. She did not even allow us to speak to him via conference call and told us that she will speak to him separately, which reinforced our belief that there's a lot of fishy activities that were ongoing. Rupsha did not even bother to acknowledge her rubbish behavior by reiterating that Shikta tried to cheat her, now is this woman mad or what? Please go through the above experience and feel free to connect to me regarding this poor experience that we had. Thankfully this incident did not ruin our shoot as it happened after that. Riik
