Not professional at all. 1. They come on time to only collect money. 2. They don't take any follow up queries. 3. They are not clear about over time charges. 4.They don't deliver videos on time. 5. They don't pickup calls. 6. They will give lame excuses for not delivering on time. 7. They are blaming covid-19 for not delivering wedding videos lol......wedding happened in 1st week of December 19 and lockdown started in March last week. Also if that is the case I don't think meeting people is involved in video editing and uploading and telephonic conversations otherwise entire banking and IT industry would have collapsed including the youtube influencers and comedians who were doing things from home only. 8. You will also notice that most of their 5 star reviews are fake...how to spot them? Just see a review by Rahul Delwar and Siddhesh (person who was incarge of photography for us) himself....lol P.s. we had uploaded negative reviews on this site earlier and they said that they will give us videos only when we remove our negative review and yet they have not delivered. P.s.2 we had also held back payment coz we were not satisfied with their service ,they said they will deliver only after completion of payment. We settled complete payment. AND GUESS WHAT!!!! ****Until and unless you actually know your photographer please don't hire them**** The pics are attached to show how fake their reviews are.Rahul Delwar and Siddhesh both are in SRKV.
