Hi I am writting this review for sake of your money and i don’t want any couple to waste money by choosing safarnama as their photographer If u belong to ultra rich class go for them they will entertain you and listen to ur every demand but if you are middle class even upper middle class you should not go for them they take 85% before day of wedding and you are helpless after paying such a huge amt and later they will cry for left over amt Only they will talk to u will be regarding money they will not listen to anything and they will create problems in deliverables even. I had dealt with so many vendors at time of my wedding but safarnama was worst and way Lakshay talks like he is paying you for shoot But one good thing is that the team who did videography and photography was very good, polite and listened to everything i asked for His in house team is as rude as him Mark my words don’t choose safarnama at any cost

Neither me nor my then boyfriend are good at getting clicked - never have been. 😅Thankfully, the Safarnama team was able to tackle that issue. Everyone was absolutely in awe of the pictures that I shared with them. All our functions were covered really well & the team even made sure that they pulled us away from the craziness for some time to get some nice (not super cheesy) couple shots. As for the video, they took their time to understand what sort of a vibe I wanted for my trailer and it was approved in the second round. In today’s time, word of mouth really plays the key role in wedding planning and I’m glad we heard about this team who didn’t let us down or our friends who recommended them! They’ve come a long way in Ludhiana making such good clients for themselves and we are one of them! The team is super fun with great ideas for lipdubs and quick couple portrait sessions in between the functions. All said and done, we give a 10/10 for all the good moments captured !

If there had to be a fairy godmother for dream weddings, it’s got to be safarnama films. They make you feel at ease , take out the best candidate and pay attention to details.

Wrote a big write up on what exactly went wrong, but the limit is thousand words.. and few lines can't explain the emotional torture I went through. Had to write an essay on Mr. Lakshya Manwani.. for the poor management and pathetic attitude he has. He is not the king of weddings. For us it was our first wedding & we don't intend to marry again. Cherry on top he gas amazing skills of manipulating and if my pics would have been really great, he would have posted it on his insta page too boast about it. He makes fake promises. Delivered the delivarables in more thn 6 months.. and he didn't even know. which team member he sent for which function. Unorganized. I don't have a full length proper pic shoot solo, on any of my function and I was d bride. and I am one person who managed hell loadz of things perfectly. only mistake was choosing him over others. He is mean as well. and communicating with him after marriage is PAINFUL. I can send my essay on him and all d details personally.

We have a good relationship with them as we have hired them many times for revious events, they are really professional and would give you the perfect experience exactly how you want it

Glad to have such a talented team on board. I have to admit it that i wasn’t a fan of getting myself clicked and I wasn’t sure about how will all of the posing and chemistry on camera look like! Sahil is one of their best when it comes to this. He knows it all! Their dedication is 100/100 and kudos to all the members of Lakshya’s team - you’re really patient and lovely !

Hired the team of 4 for 25th anniversary celebrations! Our venue was Grand Dreams, Okhla. Got Lakshya’s ref from a friend. Very transparent, and his packages r really different from the industry. They made us an AV to be played at the venue which was too good! They also did a small photo session before the big day, like a Prewedding thing. Nice team, with polite nature and very adjusting.

Witnessed them at a cousin’s wedding in Jaipur earlier this month and was really impressed by their techniques and the creativity! I just saw my cousin’s small video and they haven’t let her down! It’s come out soooo nice and beautiful!

The name - ‘Safarnama’ got our attention at firstand after connecting with Lakshya over a call we were really excited to see where this goes. We met him with his crew at an event in chattarpur where they were shooting, and for 2-3 weeks since then, we met for a couple of rounds of coffee sessions to discuss the wedding! They are creative and young and witty and heard our fears and wants with full patience. The results are amazing and I can’t thank them enough!

very few people gel with u for the very first time u meet them. one of them was manwani for me n sheena! our first meeting with him in october and the last which we just had couple of days back, nothing seemed different. his passion towards preweddings n love for instagram got us a viral post on social media. his team is super funny trying to make u comfortable in all ways and try to make u do cheesy stuff without making u realise that it is cheesy!! we wrapped up r deal this week when they handed over r coffee table books to us. kudos to team vistaprint for such a nice quality book. The experience with the photgraphy team was pretty average as they promised a drone for the event but did not deliver.The photgraphs were good but the expectations did not match the price

The team's performance was average, liked the final outcome with the photos and the video but their general behaviour on the event itself was not very satisfying. Even after breifing them before hand about the travel details they made issues regarding the same.

Reading his last couple of reviews, I was taken aback and wanted to share my experience with this team. First of all, never judge someone by listening to one side of the story. I’ve had 3 weddings in my family, and now i’m fully aware of how photography teams work. Because all the 3 weddings had 3 different vendors! And i’m proud to write that Safarnama was the best out of them. Prewedding was spectacular, wedding photos did justice to our events and the videos also turned out pretty decent and within the timeline they promised. Good luck team for 2018!

One of the most unprofessional people I came across in my whole life. With largely no sense of service or etiquettes, this man (Lakshya) is someone I'd certainly change from my wedding plans if I could. Neither my wife nor I live in India anymore but our wedding was planned in Manesar. This guy was slightly unresponsive during our initial meets but seemed genuinely interested in trying to come up with a good story for our wedding video. We were in a hurry to finalize vendors in India so we hired him and paid his booking fee. We had booked his (their) services for two days. He came on time and started the shoot. His associates were very friendly. Right on the wedding day, he was taking interviews with our friends. Some of them were not available right away so he interviewed a very few and then went missing. I had told him beforehand that we want all our friends covered. My friends were looking for him when the Baraat preparations were going on but they just couldn't find him at all. Once the ceremonies were over, we paid them in full. ON TIME. Then this guy went missing again. We were back in the US and he won't even answer calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. Frustrated, I had to call him repeatedly to get his attention. He delivered each and everything late. Finally, when the teaser came out, we all liked it. He said he will get back with the full video and then again went missing. After multiple frustrated calls, he delivered a 35-minute video when he had promised a 45-minute one. We thought since it's the first draft and we can have the changes made, it will be fine. Again the frustration of no response continued. This guy has a natural talent to make you wonder who paid and who is supposed to provide some service. Mind you, so far, we had not been rude to him. EVER! After a long time of seeing him ignore every attempt to reach him, I wrote him a mail detailing out my issues and the changes we wanted. He still ignored. Frustrated, I called him continuously and then this responds "Since I do not agree with your points, I didn't respond." I mean, WTF! This went on for few more weeks. Same story of responding after 100 attempts and then making false promises. I wish I behaved the same way when it was about paying him. Never pay in full without getting any output! This guy is also a shame for all those hardworking and truly professional wedding photographers and cinematographers and all other vendors who go above and beyond their way to make a wedding memorable. It is November 2017 now. Our wedding was in March 2017. I still do not have my final wedding video. I do not hope to get it anymore. But I do hope that people don't get swayed only by the video. The professionalism and courtesy you get from the people you work with go a long way. Why pay and still be frauded and misbehaved with?

It has been an absolute wonderful experience getting shot by Lakshya and team. We recently got our pre wedding pictures done andthey were a stunner. The quality , the way they were shot , the right amount of lighting and many intricate details were been taken care of quite well . This was the first wedding in the family league and everybody was trying to give in their best possible, whether it is recommending a venue, to maybe the theme of the events we plan. Things started when we decided to get married at the Heritage Resort in Manesar. After choosing the venue, I got to know that one of my school friends is into events and since we wanted to hire someone to plan our two days, I touched base with him. He recommended me a lot of vendors for decor, dj, artist management, and finally for photography. My family functions were being covered by a renown studio of delhi since 7-8 years. But when my friend showed me LM's profile - Safarnama, I was sure I wanted something on these lines. And believe me, it was one of the best decisions we took. His team is very hardworking, and passionate about what they do. They are young, and that was the most impressive thing about his team, because we could easily gel with them. For the deal, he demanded 90% of the deal amount till the wedding. That's because of the same day edit he was showcasing on our last day evening (reception). And touchwood, he didn't let us down one bit. The teaser got most of the family members into tears, some were happy crying, some got emotional and I was just so proud of my decisions! Lakshay, Rahul, Sahil, and all others, thankkkkkyou so much for putting this all together in one good shape. Hope you guys achieve bigger heights!

When looking for a photographer, the most important thing to me and my hubby was to find a photographer who truly captured the emotion of joy, laughter, and love. That is exactly what we got from Lakshya's beautiful pictures! Lakshya is such a genuine person and truly adores his job. But keeping the logo and my mean behaviour aside, I really love the way he works. He takes time, no doubt. The reason he told me and I bought it also was that he edits himself (mostly). The end product, specially mine, was super filmy and fun. Just like I wanted. Other thing for which I would not blame him entirely, but I hope he changes it is - working with Canvera. Canvera is ruining the hard work done by these photographers. They take so much time I tell you. Their books maybe good, but the time they take to print and process them is not accepted at all. I would take one star off from your shoulder Lakshya, just so that Canvera realises what they've been doing with talented people like you

Safarnama did keep up to their name for my sister's wedding. I was the one who chose this team and hence, the review! Thankyou team for all the enjoyment during the lip dub, and during the Prewedding shoot! We wanted a small fun clip of all my sister's friends talking about her and making fun of her and remembering the college days and all. Inder, the man of so many thoughts! He left no page unturned and took the friends to their rooms, pool side and many other secluded places and when they got drunk, he managed to ask them questions! Overall, the team is versatile and can fit into whatever situation. Since lakshya wasn't a part of the team, We never thought that things would still come out as planned! It was truly a moment to remember for my sister and she's thanked me a million times for my decision! Yayiie!

We all cherish memories but when they are presented to you in the form of Lakshya's outstanding work, it definitely takes them to the next level. He is one person who can make pictures speak and can actually transport you the a different world ... a fairy tale land! His props, his angles, his creativity, they all shine through his work... I have recommended him to many friends and have always been thanked by them later for connecting them..!

There are literally no words to describe Safarnama films photography. After meeting with several photographers, he was the ONLY one we liked. His professionalism is unlike any other - prompt with responses, super creative & very humble with nature. This helped prepare for the big day, especially if you are unsure of how to 'act' in front of the camera. I was absolutely honored to have his team to play such a large role in our wedding. I highly recommend him.

We found about Safarnama from their Instagram page in the beginning of 2016. We read reviews everywhere and they were all great so we hired them for our wedding in December 2016 for cinematic and traditional photography and videography. Everything was great until the day they were supposed to be there. I really liked their team and how proactive they were in the starting. However later at night they did not cover later part of my sangeet which was quite disappointing. Next is the wedding day which I think was pretty much covered in the photos but I did not see complete videos. After the wedding when I got in touch with him for the teaser that's right after the wedding, he said that I never asked for it so they never covered anything for the teaser. I did get my pictures in 3 months though. The deliverable were not up to the par as my quote included 4-5 minute trailer & 20-30 Minute Wedding Cinematic Film, I did not get the trailer until after 5 months of the wedding which somehow included traditional shots and nothing 4K except mehendi part and still haven't received the longer version of the Film and it has been 7 moths today. The trailer was very low quality so I asked him for the raw files and all he sent me was traditional videos that were not in 4K quality. Only my mehendi was covered in 4K quality and everything else was very inferior quality then the mehendi. In the traditional video I could see that Lakshaya was taking some great shots and was carrying a 4K camera but those videos were nowhere to be found. Safarnama's team did cover my interview when I was getting ready (including my wedding day dressing up video) but did not cover my husband's interview and those videos are not available either. When I asked him for all that coverage he said he doesn't have it and then he stopped responding to my text or calls. Over all the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I would suggest everyone to do their research before picking their wedding photographers as these moments are captured in the videos and photos and you can always revive the memories through them. In my case the functions were not completely covered or the data was lost by Safarnama, I will never know.

Just loved his work. Lakshya creates magic and the moments are beautifully captured. I got quite emotional when i saw our teaser video as it was such a beautifully crafted and presented journey that i couldn't hold back my tears. Lakshya is very creative and has a very pleasing persona that you feel relaxed and comfortable around him even in a nervous situation like your own wedding.i am so very happy that most precious moment of my life is so awesomely captured and preserved for ever. Choosing Mr. Lakshya and team was one the best decisions we took with respect to our wedding planning. When we saw their work for the first time we were sure about having them shoot our wedding. We found out about Safarnama(Lakshya) on a wedding we attended in Jim Corbett. We were there for two days and he and his team were shooting only cinema. Our friend had hired a different team for photography. Lakshya had a team of 3 including himself. On the other side, we saw 5 photographers! What made me choose his company for our wedding was his attitude towards work. He took us for a small interview there to ask about our friend, and my god! His way of asking questions, and the way he connected with us was amazing. We felt like we know him since before and nothing seemed awkward. He also made a same day teaser which was played on the reception. That made me more sure that he's good and reliable on his deliveries. Seeing just three people work, I never imagined that the teaser played there was the work done in front of me! For our wedding, he made sure that he shows something on or reception too, and he did play a small 2 min teaser which was fair enough. He made sure to give us everything on a Personal HDD since we were leaving india the very next night after reception. Overall, a happy experience. I'm glad Lakshya reminded me to share my experience over a review rather than whatsapping him! Cheers!

The day I saw lmps work I knew they are the one doing my wedding cinematography , these three boys create magic working so effortlessly and impressively throughout the functions . They also covered my pre wedding shoot creating a lifetime of memories for me . Very helpful no hang ups at all super comfortable to work with . Found LMP through wedmegood's platform and Saw some of their work. Their cinematography was impressive and so we hired them. They are a group of young and creative people, will adjust to your last minute changes and they were adaptive to what we had to suggest. Special thanks to lakshya who did our prewedding shoot twice as the first day was'nt coming up that nice. They will gel along like family.. Lakshya, subodh and arshdeep..
