Hello all, I have booked sara on 3rd April 2024 for my wedding which happened on September 5 and 6th 2024. Initially she got 10k as an advance for booking then she asked 5k again. I have sent 15k and she was responding to all the calls and talking to me till the event day. On September 5th she even got 5k for travelling charges because my event was outta coimbatore. After getting all these money she just sent two ladies who doesn't even know any basic things in the makeup to my venue after that she didn't even pickup my calls till now. She said those two ladies are her assistants but they are not. They just met her in an event. Event before night i.e September 4th itself she informed those ladies to do my event as she was having another bride. Because of her all my events got detailed and not even delayed I was traumatized. Somehow I manged to arrange another artist. On September 6th after she was messaging my asking why did I cancelled the event and she was on her way to my venue itseems till all my evenys where done.Now she is saying I'm the one who cancelled. Such a fraud she is. Don't ever book her and ruin your big day. Be carefully from this fraudulent. Even I'll attached all the conversation and payment screenshots.

I called her..pinged her but she blocked me everywhere...and scammed around 5k. I lost confident to get money from her..then suddenly while seeing an instagram story and feedback about her.. I tried by calling her different number...she picked while asking.. Hello is this Sara?...then she suddenly cut their call.. Don't believe her..she is doing all the things to hide her scams. Simply can't know how people wantedly came giving good reviews...and correctly mentioning about recent scams about her.... By seeing all the below reviews, it's clearly showing that each and every review which were mentioned in the last 3-4 days were well framed and written. I'm also in the same field, by seeing the below reviews I'm clear that everything is framed and how can everyone post the same thing in 24hrs. Everyone should understand the situation of the artist too. They too have good clients and good comments. In her past 6 years, she has worked with morethan 100+ clients, out of them these 28 reviews are kind of negative and also in this half of them are fake and framed it perfectly. We can't simply blame the MUA alone and there are some worst clients too which I too have faced in this field. So, Please stop spoiling their profession and carrier, try to know both the sides and start commenting. In this MUA field, each and every women is struggling to get an identity. I booked and payed 10k as advance,clearly asked that i need a consultation and went to coimbatore from my hometown which is 10hrs far away but she didnt came as we were few mins late(we asked to meet her very early on that day but she was not okay and provided with her convenience time and as its new place for us, travelling took time to reach) tho i informed her i will be late for few mins she said okay first ,never mentioned that she has some work and need to leave and when i called back to inform am on the way then she said she left ,leaving to out of station (not even mentioned priorly that she has some other work or need to leave)she said that her sister(riya) will be available so we keep on waiting out for next 2 days to atleast met her sister and consult but we ended up with nothing.once we booked we never received reply from her the reply will alys after a week or so. Later i had some gut feeling that she is not gunuine coz of late replies and not came for Consultation so i reached her from other number and enquired as a new bride and wanted to book on same date which i booked ,she said that she is available on the same date literally i was so so shocked. Then only i searched and got toknow about her from wedmegood website. Then i wanted to cancel her after knowing all this she denied to return my advance and in her tariff nothing mentioned about the refund policy and we cancelled her before 2 months only and we had so much of arguments as she is not ready togive money back. Finally She said i will compensate you by doing a makeup for any event for the 10k , we asked to do a engagement makeup then she is telling how can i do engagement makeup fpr 10k …that sick lady only came for compensation once we said okay for it then she is not okay for that and argued with us saying you can take this legally if you want. At that time we decided we dont want to waste our time with this lady and we said our legal team will contact her. The next day my friend who referred her to me she put a review on the website mentioning all , immediately within 10 mins sara kept on calliing me. After the review she reached us back , and she didnot even sorry for anything she just wanted to remove the review which we posted(as if her reputation will be spoiled) but at that time itself we saw in yhe website there are other clients who faced same issues. Since we mentioned we will not remove the review then her dad came into the picture who is blindly supporting a daughter who is a fradu and requesting for compensate as they will give us the money back only if we delete the review . Her dad said first i will give the 5k and once removed willgive another 5k ( as if we had her money) Since we want our 10k we had removed it at one point then her dad only give us 10k. Finally i want to say one thing she is cheap lady who needs only money without the work has been done. Not 1% genuine at any point. Apart from money the pressure and tension we had gone through was so much which was so tough to handle in our marriage time. I think i am the only person who got the money back as we strongly stood that will proceed legally of what she did with us. Hoping that she will end up in jail soon.

She did not show up for the previous day at all. She had traveled to a place about 3 hours from our location for another bride. How cleverly planned. We were waiting for her the whole day. The next day for Muhurtham, she did a horrific job with the hairdo , make up and sari draping. My cousin didnt look like herself at all. In spite of all this, we carried a long face after we confronted her. This lady ruined her big day. Scammer is not the word. She is a hightech fraudester. Be pls aaware. We had paid her 50k full. 50k!

1. She came late for both events. Esply for reception - she came so late that we had to skip any photo session 2. No pre-planning of looks. I chose everything - for which she said ok at that time..but during the event, she just did a half job (esply with hair and saree - both fell apart in 2 hours) 3. She overall billed us 70k for a subpar make up and completely ruined my wedding day.

Please be aware of this makeup artist. Booked her for my Sangeeth and Muhurtham. In the last minute she never answered the phone and finally when I got a hold of her she stated that she is stuck elsewhere and was unable to make it. Thankfully we got a hold of another makeup artist who did the hair and makeup for me and my 2 sisters. Her fee was about 18,500 during December 2019 as I have booked her for two makeup sittings (events). I paid her an advance of 10,000. When I asked her to repay the money which I have transferred, she said she is do it then her dad will do it but never did nor did answer any of my calls/ texts. I got hold of her sister who was studied at my sister’s school and then this girl got quite argumentative and stated that she is holding that cash as cancellation charges and was behaving to me as if I had cancelled her in the last minute. When questioned about this she said “Canvellation charges, I charge”. I just told her to keep the damn money and I will think as I have given it for a needy person. Now since all her fraudulent activities are out in the light, this makeup artist is denying and posting not to spoil her reputation. I am not sure in what way such a person with no work ethics and dignity can boldly say such a statement when everyone of who she has scammed have evidence with them. Please do not book this artist and ensure last minute headache and be scammed.

I had a terrible experience with Sara were the makeup didn't turn out good but charged us more for the work she did and she was in denial to accept the above fact. She will never respond to us on time nor reply to our messages which caused more stress during our function.

I booked her for my baby shower. She asked me to pay full amount in advance and she promised to come at the event date. But she sent a college student as alternate to do the makeup. She did not pick the phone on the event date and no prior info on sending assisstant.Make up was horrible and makeup got erased before the event itself. She forgot to bring bindi amd didn't even wait to finish the saree draping and hair and jewel setting. She just left immediately after the wrost Make up. I did my jewel setting by myself. The one who came to do hair, burnt my scalp while hair prep. Wound was there for more than a week. I was completely upset and could not able to come out of it easily. It was so hard for me as I was pregnant I could be not be happy at all during my baby shower. Pls Do not book her and suffer like me. Her sister is also fraud, She keep telling this and that and refused to refund the amount as they charged for more for an wrost makeup which was done by college student. It is not fair at all. Hi People, Sarahairandmakeup__ is doing a worst job for their clients. She is not even responding to the calls before Start working. But however not to spoil our name and clients hope we have agreed to work along with her. But she is not done her job good and asked half amount before starting her work. She is justifying her work is good and etc,.etc,. But don't believe her. If she is a working professional then why she doesn't paying the amount to the ones who worked with her and not picking up the call is too worst. I think her parents taught her to do this. Why I am saying this is... along with her one old man came..she called her daddy. I experienced this. She is blocking the people everywhere and the the reason she is not picking up the call is she feared about the people scammed by her. I don't know then how she is picking up the order from new numbers. She is telling that she is always having work or she is always busy...like that. She is also talking non sense things. She is expecting some abusive words from us so that she can have some evidences against us. But even after not using and handling the conversation decently she blocked us everywhere. I'm from Theni district..While looking for makeup for my engagement and wedding..i came across "Sara Hair and Makeup" in Instagram(didn't see her google reviews- my biggest regret).. I enquired her for Booking.. After some days i booked her for my engagement (July 16th 2024) and wedding (July 7th 2024)..i booked Airbrush makeup which costs around 30k for each event.. and she asked me to pay 10,000 as advance amount for each event (so total amount - Rs.20,000)..Due to my unavoidable personal reasons i cancelled my wedding booking on May 8th (which is before 2 months).. i request her to refund my wedding advance..she denied and she told if i got booking on July 7th I'll refund your amount.. Then on May 18 she asked me to confirm my engagement booking by paying another 5000(total amount 25,000)..i paid that also..(all evidence I'm having)..after all payment done she started showing her cheap behaviour.. not responding to your calls and msgs.. Not even consider your makeup references.. she simply said okay for every msgs i sent.. The day before my engagement someone named "Riya Rebecca" texted me through whatsapp that we are from sara team kindly share your details..i shared my venue details and timing.. On the day of my event till 7 am i didn't receive any msg or calls from her..not attending my calls.. and texted me that she met with an accident near Dindigul(as i was a casualty medical officer at medical college i also enquired in my out police station regarding her accident..they said no such accident took place at that date,time& location).. she shared a location which pinned Hotel Vales Park (i also enquired there).. without conscience she told me to search for any other makeup artist on the day of my event @ 7am (my function was at 10am).. and she told she'll refund my amount in 3-4 working days.. till now no response from her side.. And when i ask about my refund after 2 days.. she abused me with her words very badly.. and she told "unnala mudinjadha paathuko di..ennala refund panna mudiyaadhu..na station la pesikre".. Dear Sara Quit your Makeup artist job..and do begging (work hard and njoy with your money).. Very cheap to live a luxury life in others hardwork.. Love Sushmi.

This is Kanimozhi from Palani , I booked her for my baby shower function and Maternity photoshoot ( 12.06.2024 & 13.06.2024 ) Paid ₹ 8000 As advance and done full payment ₹20,000 at 11 June ..My function starts at 10.30 am she didn’t even pick my call from morning around 10.00 clock she attended and told she met a accident I too got shocked and felt pity for her she told will arrive my venue within short time and already it’s 11’ o clock she didn’t pick my call again she arrived lately to venue . We asked her to refund my money she’s not willing to refund our money I told her refund even half the amount such a arrogant answer from her not even attend a single call she told she will compensate future work again not picked my call . I lost my ₹28,000 please don’t book her She made my day stressful such a cheater Instead MUA she can beg for her lavish lifestyle…I thought I gave my money to a begger…Such a arrogant and cheater lady.

First of all its not only about makeover satisfaction, my primary concern in my comments were regarding your response to the clients, it was like till last minute we dont know you will be coming or not. Please read the below message in this point view for better understanding. Did she mention only regarding the work i am not satisfied or did she mention all other questions i have asked her regarding the other things like timing and not picking up the call till 1 hr before the event time i have mentioned, booked by looking at someone else page, and someone else will be doing my makeup? Would you like to answers those questions as well? Before questioning the client regarding their product knowledge, please try to maintain professionalism in all other things as well like letting them know that you will be late  so that they dont panic, attend the call and speak up if the follow up before one week of the event, dont just whatapp them ok da for every question and just yes da till the day of the event!! If yu cant accept those criticism regarding the stress yu are causing someone on their day and just blaming us for what we expect, then its yur loss!! End of the day its your profession!! Just for one line that i said that i am not satisfied with the work you are able to call more than 5 times to ask, but you are not able to pick up the call from june 11 till june 16 morning!! WHAT ABOUT YOUR ANSWER ON THAT. How all the reviews says that yu dont pick up the call after booking ? Very bad experience. I booked her by seeing her work in insta but missed to see this site reviews. My event was at 10 am and she dint pick up my call till 8 30 am and i was following up with her before 1 week of my event and paid my advance 3 months before. She will respond late and simply say yes to yur message while follow upand later will not pickup the calls. she will call and follow up for booking and advance payment. I booked sara hair and makeup , but my makeup was done by some other riya hair and makeup page and hairstyle was done by somebody else i dont even know who. You will not know who will come for makeup till they come. It was very stressfull on a bigday. And in this site it is mentioned that they will use mac, bobbi brown and huda beauty products but i dint see any of those products while make up and i was not even asked for eyeshadow suggestion. Makeup was not worth the money i paid. Its like trick that they reach late and do work and ask us to pay and we pay because we are already late and tensed, we dont even have time to check if all we asked is done for us. Note to brides: Do yur research before booking a private makeup artist. Get their office address, go directly to their place directly and verify its trusted, get their alternate number and discuss that if they dont reach on time we will cancel and payment will not be done, because they are not working for free for us as we are paying 50% advance. Do all these before advance payment. Check google reviews. If not satified dont book them, it may seem bit extra, but end of the day we are one of their clients and they dont care but its special day for us!!

On my big day she cancelled at 7am and asked me to book someone for my makeup.. And also booked for my wedding on July 7th.. due to personal reasons I cancelled her wedding booking on May 8th (dat is before 2 months) she doesn't mention about her cancellation policy during enquiry.. Extremely unprofessional and very unreliable. Had many last minute requests regarding accommodation and random extra charges for an artist who is from Coimbatore itself. So much fuss and stress on your big day, and speak rudely about money matters. All this despite receiving advances and confirmation. This was hard especially given I was from out of station. Her bridal bridesmaid work is nice but mother/aunt make up wasn’t great.

Don't ever book her. She is such a cheater . Irresponsible person ever. She will get the advance from you and will never attend your calls afterwards. Pls don't book her.

I had a look in my mind before I went to Renita and she perfectly recreated that look as if she read my mind. She was very professional and From meticulously draped saree to an awesome hair bun with my incredibly short hair, I was very happy with the whole package. I have a slight darker skin tone and I was hesitant about heavy makeup, but she understood that and gave me very natural look, which made me confident and gave me a natural unforced smile for the whole function. The number of compliments I received from all, made me very happy about my choice of the makeup artist. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
