I was highly highly disappointed with her services. 1. She doesn’t listen to what you want as a client. I asked her to do a very subtle no makeup- makeup look, and all she did was whatever she does on everyone’s face, literally copy paste and hence I had a full glam, which btw I hated the look. The makeup was super cakey, I couldn’t open my eyes because they were so heavy. And all this after expressing multiple times what I’m looking for. 2. She. Is very very rude to her clients. She only talks nicely to the people she knows but to everyone else,she thinks they don’t matter. She only wants her money, takes 10 mins to do the same copy paste makeup and then doesn’t have the etiquettes. And this is a review from alot of people ive talked to. I went to her because her work on instagram looks good but guess what? Its all after tons of editing and bunch of filters. All in all, there are so many good makeup artists in ludhiana but she is definitely not one of them.

Just loved the over all experience with Sarbani and her team. The looks I got was totally amazing, unique and just the way I wanted. The best thing with Sarbani is, she always make sure that the client is happy, satisfied and also educate the client wherever needed.. loads of love 🤗

It was an amazing experience getting dolled up by Sarbani. Haven't seen such a sorted, flawless and humble MUA as her! She was absolutely sure of the look she wanted to give and it came out stunningly. Trust her with my skin for all future occassions as well! Way to go Sarbani!

She was very rude. She thought she was doing a favor on us. Didnt even bother to discuss the looks beforehand. She believes only she has the knowledge about makeup. There was no difference in her party up and engagement make up. Doesnt know anything about ‘blending’.

Worst makeup artist in the town. Please do not even think about going to her. She is such a rude and arrogant makeup artist she thinks like she is celebrity. I booked my makeup with her for my wedding and paid a deposit of 10,000. After few days before marriage I contacted her to ask about planning my looks and she told me who are you when I called her and then she is like can you message my team as it’s Sunday I cannot talk to you. She answered so rude and I didn’t like it. I decided to cancel my booking. I told her straight on her face that I didn’t like your customer service and then In return she replied “ hahah I don’t care mujhe koi farak ni padhta aap jaiso se” and then I said okay then could you refund my deposit. And then she straight away blocked me.

Even Before booking she is not ready to talk nicely! Very rude and unnecessary tantrums!

Unnecessary tantrums, Not ready to cooperate , not reachable on phone on time, her managers have no information about the bookings and have to chase her back and forth. For bare minimum things like addings lenses over billing more than 1 lakhs she shows tantrums to add , not even bit of coopertion and takes amount and then just not ready to cooperTe , sweet on face but if brought to venue causes problems for one or other point. She keeps the amount that even she is not ethical to hold.

The makeup was absolutely flawless. It was just how I wanted to be. The products used were really nice and of great quality. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for natural and fresh makeup, Sarbani is the one for you. She is one of the few makeup artists in Ludhiana who believe in enhancing the features and not ‘changing the face’ of the client. I got my Engagement makeup done by Sarbani, got loads of compliments.
