Saurav Mehendi Art promised me 3 artists for my event and ended up sending only 2 artists. They took more than 4 hours to do my bridal mehendi because only 1 artist was working on me and other person was working on crowd. I ended up having back pain just one day before my wedding. They charged high for basic designs and put us in an obligation while doing crowd work. I cant say no to my aunt who wants to get mehendi done but them charging 3000 or 4000 only for a single person’s crowd work felt unfair. Overall the attitude of the person who speaks to you on phone is amazing but the artists who come to work with you do not have empathy. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had a pathetic experience overall and got charged a bomb.
