We are customers of Senco since three generations. We visited the South Ex branch on my birthday. They not only gave us additional discount on making charges but also arranged for birthday cake and celebration. Anamika, staff of the showroom is extremely courteous and deserves special applaud for her patience and customer friendly behaviour.

We have been purchasing gold from Senco Gold from my grandmother's time .This time I had paid through cheque to purchase a product but due to some mistakes from the company side we could not get our product. There were mistakes with the product code .We were extremely upset and angry too. Kolkata Journal Head Mr.Kuntal assured us that he would ensure that the product reaches our home before my sister's wedding.He personally came to our home travelling a distance of 400km and delivered our product.Thank you to Senco Gold and specially Mr. Kuntal for his cooperation. Definitely the product was beautiful.We have always liked Senco Gold products.

Amazing collection! Being a Bengali, I have always loved Bengali jewellery designs but it's so difficult to get Kolkata designs in Delhi. That was changed by Senco, they have really good collection with such intricate Bengali designs in their jewellery. What makes them stand out however, is their very humble and helpful staff. A big shout-out to all of them.
