As a newly wed bride. I feel so unfortunate to write this. 07/11/2022 : We booked Ashutosh Mishra [8527493229] for my wedding. I fetched out his details through WedMeGood Platform. Address: Shaadi Moments D-82/83, first floor Flat No. A2 Pandav Nagar. Delhi-110092 At his first visit, He sounded way too convincing. He showed me sample videos and pictures. As deal got finalized, He even sent an email stating the timelines and the services. Attached the screenshot of the same WHICH mentions drone coverage as well. But kittle did I know that was all a SCAM. My wedding function got over, and my miserable experience then began. After literally begging for two months, they sent me a teaser video over whatsapp which was horrible. The editing was worst. There were absolutely no mixing of songs, And On top of it there were NO DRONE SHOTS in the teaser for which he charged 10,000 . The drone were flying in the ground on the wedding night so I kept patience when he said that "we have forgotten to add the same and will edit it and resend". He kept procrastinating saying "editing mei time lagta hai aapko aaj mil jaayga" but his aaj never came. He used to give no updates and everytime I had to call him and beg him. For three Long weeks he kept procrastinating regarding the drone shots, then one day one of this team member Aman (7827907991) called and said I will be dealing with you now onwards as Ashutosh is busy in handling other projects. And From that Day, Ashutosh Mishra literally absconded. He stopped receiving my calls. He did not replied to my texts over whatsapp. He just vanished making a fool out of me. To add more to my misery , I was told by Aman that the DRONE SHOTS WILL NOT AVAILABLE.I understood that they have either got it corrupted or have lost the data. I paid 10.000 for the DRONE COVERAGE. My wedding decoration was done accordingly and they then told me "Mam kya karoge drone coverage ka , aap apne paise cut kr lena total mei se" They kept me under this dilemma for three whole months. I was begging for drone shots of my Varmala Ceremony. They did not have the courtesy to even admit instead they chose to frustrate me. till date my relatives keep asking for videos to which i am left embarassed. I had my hopes and dreams . everything was shattered. they harassed me mentally to an extent that I was no longer interested in getting my shadi's videos and photos. They literally drained me to the core. As a bride. I will always regret this decision. I was so helpless that I choose not to pay them the rest of the amount. Because I knew if I did then They will literally leave me in tears. I have attached screenshots of the group chat. The excuses that they gave to me every SINGLE DAY. How I was mentally frustrated , I then decided to post their review over here so that no other person suffers. I can literally relate to all the negative reviews here. Its a pattern that they follow. Please don't go over their positive reviews. This guy Ashutosh Mishra deserves to be punished for running a scam and literally mentally harassing his customers. I am even trying to pursue this matter legally. I have even reached out to WedMeGood customer service to remove their page. Latest Update: I was assured my wedding album soft copy on 10/07/2023 but I have been calling them since last three days and they are not replying. They kept saying that it is in process for three days and on the fourth date they give me a personal reason saying " Ashutosh ki shaadi hai " OR " MAM MERI WIFE KI DELIVERY HAI" and will make you feel guilty for asking what you paid for. I am left with no albums and edited groom/bride side wedding video but i have no patience or respect left to deal with them. I will pay out extra to some other vendor to get my albums ready but not these inhuman and unprofessional people who are running a scam. They have no ethics. They will blame you in return k aap kitne changes karate hai , but they will not look over the quality of work they are providing. The teaser literally had shots of my husband with half cut face and other technical glitches. It is my request to everyone reaching out to Ashutosh for their wedding photography . Please do not trust this guy. He will make you helpless, frustrate you. and you will be left begging. I have attached screenshots of chats and the quality of pictures that we have received. SHAADI MOMENTS IS A SCAM. AND ASHUTOSH MISHRA IS A SCAMMER.

It goes back to the day 20th February 2022, when we booked Ashutosh and his team. And I regret my decision to have him booked. Four events he had to cover to which the first one being Mehandi at my own place: Team came for one hour covered the Gurbani Path and left, No pictures of mehandi were shot claiming that we are going to Groom’s house to cover their event and we will be back soon to take your remaining pictures. Engagement, Haldi and Wedding ceremony were held in Park Boulevard which were in house functions as we stayed there for all our events. Engagement: Event had to start at 6 PM and guess what the team arrived at 6.30 with no prior shots of me and my groom and with such an attitude as if we have done something wrong as the guy screamed and shouted on me “ madam ye faaltu ka gussa mat dikhaao apna photoshoot karao chalo” Wow, I think that sums it up all what would I have been feeling at that moment. Haldi : Two guys came to which we already asked for four to cover Choora ceremony and Bhaat ceremony going along, those two came with discharged batteries of their cameras. Wedding : For the last I felt, the disappointments will end now, and they all came on time, covered the events, took my bridal shots, But I guess that was not the end of misery to have been booked Ashutosh. For almost two months post my wedding, My husband and I kept on asking for the data, to which he kept on dodging here and there and guess what the biggest nightmare of anyone’s life, Mr Ashutosh Lost the wedding data, specially my bridal shoot, my haldi shoot I have nothing to look back to. I got ready from Parul Garg and I don’t even have one solo bridal picture of mine, Its been one year to this day and It still breaks my heart to look back at the day and see I don’t have my pictures, I don’t have anything to recall and remember as a happy moment. Our families spent so much of money, time, effort for this particular day and this is how it was ruined by Mr Ashutosh and His Team. I honestly would never ever recommend him to anyone.

Very poor service, they are always late, will not give your material on time. Ashutosh Mishra is highly unprofessional, he never picks the call and do no have the courtesy to call back. Also, he will give you false hope of sharing photos, videos on time but will NEVER do it.

Ashutosh and team gave us 120% satisfaction by working till so late like till 2am and they took all the pains for our photoshoot as if it was one of their own family’s. I’m really glad that I chose Shaadi moments for my roka ceremony as the pictures have come out really well and he very patiently attended all my queries.
