"What really made our day so amazing was our wedding planner. Having him there to oversee everything and make sure that all the elements and personal touches were in place and all the vendors were on the point made our day so relaxing. Shaadiwala ( Arun Singh )created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and was the key person to implement it which allowed me and my husband the luxury of soaking everything in and really enjoying our special day. In the end, we felt like guests at our own wedding; knowing that someone else was taking care of everything allowed not only me and my husband, but our entire bridal party and our family and friends to have an amazing stress free day. I walked into Shaadiwala wedding planner - Arun Singh Ji, with the intention of booking 1-2 services. I walked out having booked practically our entire wedding. While all of the services were great and I have zero complaints- one vendor really outdid himself. I could not have had a more positive experience - HE IS INCREDIBLE! Arun went above and beyond to make the month before the wedding absolutely seamless. It really was a dream come true and the wedding would not have been so successful without him. Arun had it correct when he named her business "Shaadiwala Wedding Planner" because that is what he is...the number 1 wedding planner in Jaipur!! Multiple friends of ours hired Arun as their planner and after speaking with other planners in Jaipur, we contacted him and we are very happy we did! My (now) wife and I hired him as our day-of coordinator for our July 14th wedding and he was impeccable! he is easy to contact and easy to work with - he helps relieve the stress of the wedding planning process! There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for him being part of our special day. He is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. One example is that our limo's tire blew out on the interstate and she immediately worked with the limo company to get us another limo to pick us up to take us to Wedding Venue .He is very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly. If you need a coordinator, pick No. 1 Wedding Planner with him because, not only does he do an amazing job, but he does it with a warm heart and is very professional in a friendly way! I am writing to you to share my experience of working with an event planner, Mr. Arun. Singh of Shaadiwala, Wedding Planner Pvt. Ltd (https://www.shaadiwala.in/), with the request to kindly provide a wide publicity to this message. It may help some people avoid great unhappiness and loss of peace of mind. Many thanks in advance. I am a retired Professor of (nuclear) science from the University and my wife is currently Associate Professor. We are writing to you to share our experience of how we were fleeced by an event planner whom we trusted and gave an advance. It is an order to share that we have had enough experience of dealing with people in different parts of the world, also because of our professional travel to the largest laboratory in the world in Geneva. Even when we are stranded in New Zealand last year due to corona lockdown, so many people from across the world came to our help. This increased my trust in humanity and human beings. Our daughter’s wedding was solemnised on July 2nd this year. As happens, one needs many services, however small the wedding. Luckily, almost everything was progressing very well very well, and surprisingly on time. This included catering, hotel, taxi service, pandit, beauticians, mehandi, photography ….you name it ! It was too good to be true. We asked the manager at the chosen venue (Hotel Narayan Niwas Palace, because my daughter preferred heritage venue) to recommend someone. The Manager, apparently a very nice man himself, gave the contact details of Mr. Arun Singh. We were impressed by the website, his professional attitude, punctuality of meetings times and general demeanour. So for the small wedding, even though there were others who had quoted less than him, we chose him. He made huge promises and assurances, some of which were put on paper. When my daughter and wife would question him for details, I would intervene and say “Leave it to Arun. We trust him. He will do the best”. This was the level of trust that I had in him. On his behest, I gave him an advance of more than 55% because he had to order the flowers. That, in hindsight, was probably my biggest mistake. After that he had no stakes, really. And it was then I realised he had fleeced us, completely ! I can list the large number of various unpleasant experiences, which will interest nobody. Arun recommended to use mixed flowers (artificial and real) because of the likelihood of flowers being scorched in the heat. We agreed when he assured us that artificial flowers are from Thailand, very good quality, and not dirty from many uses. On the first day at the Mehandi, the decoration was awful, shabby and pathetic. The promised flowers were not used. His subordinate changed some when I showed him the unremovable dirt on the white artificials. On part of the real flowers, there were 16 marigold malas of about 14 inch each, hanging on a wall, and rose petals in a few urlis. While he made it better for the Haldi ceremony the next day, the main wedding was a fiasco. He would argue that in their language, this is the meaning, completely contrary to common sense. He remembered the unwritten word when it was convenient to him, and forgot when not. I can go on and on and on. before the actual ceremony, at least two hours later than his commitment. Our whole family was shocked and disturbed. That we did not get what was promised, and hence feel we were overcharged, is only one matter. The real matter is that it disturbed our peace of mind at a joyous time, something that can never be reversed. Based on our experience with Arun Singh of Shaadiwala, I can say he is one of the most wretched persons I have come across in my life. My request to all is: please take care of your interest and not be so naïve and trustworthy while dealing with this person, whose actions can be compared with that of a master deceiver, in my humble opinion.

We had a small wedding in Jaipur with just 30 guests. We hired Shaadiwala, had detailed discussions and shared feedback on how we would like the decor to be, and agreed upon it with Arun the proprietor who was recommended by a family friend. Despite that, I am sad to say that the only thing that Shaadiwala did well, was to dupe us. Apart from the haldi decor which was passable in comparison, our mehendi and main wedding mandap decor was an absolutely shocking disaster. Not only was the decor material low quality and sparse but the setup was lacking imagination and was as far away from the reference images agreed upon as a painting is from a rough pencil sketch. Yes, Arun the proprietor did agree to a few simple and small last minute additions like putting flowers on the table (after arguing thoroughly though). I wouldn't say that this really compensated for the disaster that the main event decor was. Arun and team if you are reading this, I just want to say that we have nothing against you as people and wish you all the best. I would however like to say that a wedding is a once in a lifetime occassion and you are actually in the business of customer delight. Despite being recommend by someone, we do not feel that we will ever be able to recommend you to anyone. I humbly suggest that your focus should be on delivering better than agreed and aiming to give the bride and groom happy surprises instead of haggling on small things and going back on your word. Ego is an unforgivable thing when you're in the business of building happy memories.

A worst wedding planner company. they are frauds. They demand money unnecessarily when families enjoy and they pressurise them to pay otherwise they switch off lights and talk like they are gangsters and they ruin weddings. such people are shame. please do not go for such wedding planners.
