I got French Balayage done on my virgin hair for free few months ago as Shades posted a story of free Balayage from Loreal. I had great trust on such a prominent brand of salon like Shades and I expected so much from them. However, when the process started I constantly reminded them to keep the balayage as natural as possible because I didnt want my hair to look artificial. When they did the whole thing it was nice but just after the first wash all the colour faded even after using the desired shampoo recommended by Shades which costed me around ₹1000. And now my hair looks so horrible that I wake up everyday and regret having done it. I even begged them to fix it but they didn’t even try to do the same . I had no option but to live with the unnatural hair I have now. One of my siblings also got the Balayage done from the same salon and she’s also disappointed from the results. I have had dreadful experience from such an overconfident staff. I wouldn’t discourage anyone to go there, just don’t have such immense expectations and blind trust on these big brands just because of their names.

Overall experience was good, but the make up on the day of Sangeet was not that good, it looked cakey, but on the main day they did a good job and I got my desired look

Best makeup artist! Shweta & team did a fabulous job. For a day function, the makeup and hairdo was apt and went too good with the outfit! Only thing i felt there should be a separate hair dresser for bride as there was lot of hussle bussle on my engagement day due to many hairdos which delayed myself from getting ready on time. Keep up the good work team!
