We finalized Shamsisons Decorator, Lucknow only after giving them a specific design reference, and they explicitly agreed to deliver the same design. We were even told that they were making a new structure especially to match this design. Despite these clear commitments, what was delivered on the wedding day was completely different, extremely poor in quality, and nowhere close to the approved design. • The final stage has no resemblance to the agreed design • The scale, structure, finishing, and detailing were completely changed • A premium reference was replaced with a cheap and diluted execution • The entire concept was downgraded without our knowledge or consent This is not a creative change or adjustment — this is a clear breach of promise, misrepresentation, and unprofessional conduct. A wedding stage is not a small detail. It is the centerpiece of once-in-a-lifetime memories. Because of Shamsisons’ false commitments and poor execution, our wedding stage and photographs are permanently affected. Despite charging a premium amount and promising custom fabrication, they delivered a low-budget, substandard setup. ⚠️ Strong warning to future clients: Do not trust verbal promises. Get everything in writing and think twice before booking Shamsisons Decorator, Lucknow. Extremely disappointed.

Very bad experience . We know Shamsi’s from more then 40 years as when ever my father do any parties Shamsi’s always called for decoration and it was outstanding every time as it was the growing business that time and Mr Jamil Shamsi’s owner always make sure to do good work . But now Shamsi’s r the Big word in Lucknow but the quality of the word is horrible . My daughter wedding was in 16th- 17th Feb 2024 from Golden blossom . Owner was suggesting me not to go for decoration with Shamsi’s but I forced that Mr Jamil Shamsi work is always best but this time I did a biggest mistake of my life and I hired Shamsi’s for decoration for all the 4 events . Flowers were stale and reused the cloths which were used for decoration were torn off . The designed we selected for all the events were totally different. It was a great disappointment for the life time event . I never recommend anyone to hire Shamsi’s for decoration

The team organised everything quite well. The set up was good but I feel the services could have been better. They did put efforts in their work so I appreciate that though.
