Shana & Namrata Events helped us manage a company's 15th-anniversary celebrations in another city/state and the experience was flawless! Their efficiency even compensated for the mismanagement of the property, making everything super smooth for us. But here comes the most unique part. You may find many event planners who will do a good job. But the team at Shana & Namrata Events is a collection of very kind and sensitive human beings, who go out of their way for things they aren't even supposed to manage. Events can be unpredictable and no one can train you to manage various kinds of accidents/personal mishappenings. This is where a team of good humans outshines an only professional one. It was not just satisfactory but also humbling to see how they work and care. I highly recommend their team and services!

I would never recommend Shana Namrata to anyone. Hire them only & only if you want your wedding to be goofed up & totally mismanaged. Shana has no sense how to talk to a client. They themselves dont manage the events nor are they present in the time of the event. There is no coordination btn them & the team they send for the event. None of your instructions are followed. The quality of staff sent is pathetic & no responsibility of anything is taken. It was so pathetic that the staff eats in the event even before the guests. Too much margins in everything & just does not justify to what is paid.

My experience with Shana and Namrata was really traumatic. Not only were they unprofessional in delivering what they promised, they made us fly from another city and did not turn up for the meeting. I was very tensed as it was really short notice but we managed to find another planner. They stopped receiving our calls and ignored their commitment to the core. I wouldnât recommend going forward with them AT ALL. Donât risk your big day ladies!
