Avoid at All Costs – Worst Decorator Experience We had an extremely disappointing experience with this decorator for our wedding. Despite sending their team a day before the event, they did absolutely nothing to set up. Even as our wedding ceremony began, the venue was still incomplete, and nothing that was promised was delivered. Our theme was white and pink, but there was hardly any white on stage, and there were no lights at all. We were forced to shoot pictures using selfie lights because the mandap lights also went off during the ceremony. Basic elements like a selfie point and proper decorations were entirely missing. To make matters worse, they demanded full payment in advance, leaving us powerless to address these glaring issues. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and nothing short of a fraud. Our wedding was saved only by the beautiful venue and the excellent service of the resort staff. I strongly advise against hiring this decorator. They made what should have been a joyous occasion incredibly stressful and chaotic. Such companies should not even be listed on platforms like WeddingWire. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
