The entire team from Yuvraj to Catherine to Kawaljeet were at their toes during this period to attend to the needs of every guest (no matter what time of day or night). In the last 4 years the the shloka team has helped us organised two unforgettable once in a life time weddings. The setting for the first one was in the bayon temple in the Ankor wat complex of Cambodia a UNESCO world heritage site. The setting of the second one was in the world heritage park Garuda Vishnu in Bali. First Indian wedding in both locations ever. Both extremely challenging to get permission and organised logistics. But the team handled it beautifully. In Cambodia and Bali everything from the cooking utensils to the flowers had to be carried from Thailand and Jakarta respectively but they made it happen. The team treats every wedding like it is a family wedding. They take away all your stress and smile through the rest. Working with Susan, Catherine and Annie was such a pleasure that it made the whole planning process easier. I don?t think they sleep !! In February earlier this year for another family wedding we worked with a well renowned delhi company for shaddis. Catherine helped communication with chefs and her inputs with menus was valuable. Karan looked over the whole event with a hawks eye and Yuvraj made use of his trademark charm and foresight to win over every situation. An event where the host themselves feel like a guest is what we felt like at the end and that is enough testimony to the fact that Shloka is a highly efficient, dedicated and sincere team to trust ones precious events with. We had my sister in law's wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Abu Dhabi and thanks to Shloka, the wedding turned out to be nothing less than fabulous. The 8 months of planning the wedding seemed to be a breeze with Shloka by our side. Their ideas and concepts are super fresh and amazing. I have yet to come across a team as efficient, as helpful and as quick as Yuvraj and his team. Not only did Yuvraj make the whole planning process super fun but the wedding was a blast! His team would work tirelessly from morning to night and there was never a moment where I actually needed to call someone for some work, either the work was completed or someone from his team was right behind our backs. Yuvraj's personal presence in every small thing in the wedding is what makes him and his team extra special. Shloka Events not only saved our wedding, but they gave us a way to turn our wedding from a necessary event to a dream wedding that we and our guests loved! Yuvraj and Catherine specifically have been so supportive and came in after our previous wedding coordinator failed to deliver on her promises. They have a gift of seeing what should happen from our couples perspective and also from that of the guests experience and the ability to back it up with their contacts that highly respect them and deliver even in tough circumstances. We used to think of a wedding coordinator as an event logistics manager, but with Shloka it was a mix of art, therapy and a friend that will push boundaries for you. They also always deliver more than expected so prepare to feel great on your wedding or any event you use them and listen to them for. Highly recommended and worth it!

We had a really great experience with Shloka. They went the extra mile to make our dream wedding come true. We had a super wedding in Thailand managed by Shloka team. The team is very efficient and they have the best of the vendors. We were highly overdemanding still everything was managed very well. They were excellent with menus and we had amazing food for all our events and still guest can't stop talking about it. All our events were packed with entertainment which was again well executed by them. First and foremost I would like to thank Yuvraj, Susan and the entire team of Shloka for giving us a dream wedding in Chennai, November 2015. From the initial stages of finalising the venue, food, decor to the actual logistics and running around on the main days- Yuvraj and his team were spot on. The entire team worked so hard and seamlessly that one would think that they were a part of the family. Our main aim was that my parents and I should not have to run around during those 2-3 days and the Sholka team really made sure that we didn't. Thank you to the entire team for not treating our wedding like projects but actually putting in their personal touch and best effort.

Shloka have executed logistics for my wedding and subsequently, the entire planning for my brother's wedding. Yuvraj's USP is taking care of you and your wedding as if it were his own family. The Shloka team are meticulous, thoughtful and efficient and have relationships with all the top vendors one would require. Having experience with other vendors too, I can say they are of the best planners you can find.

We hired them for my sister's wedding in Kovalam in Jan 2016. The biggest advantage of Shloka is that their ground team is superb. From airport pick up, to hotel check ins, to room hamper delivery, to program cards, to check outs, everything will be flawless. Their experience for destination wedding is also very good. Would advise to hire them if you don't want to take many tasks on your own shoulder and just want to dedicate to them. During the wedding , I was very relaxed because I knew their team is very strong and can handle many tasks.

Yuvraj behind Shloka is an extremely professional person who goes in to great lengths to make your wedding day a special one. From start to finish he helped us plan our wedding in Bangkok. From hotel selection , decor, food he took keen interest in pleasing both families. He is a Pitara of wonderful ideas. He keeps in mind your need and budget and plans your special day to the T. Yuvi along with his team are like an extended family who actually 'help'. One gets really comfortable around them which is of great importance. Food tastings, artist meetings and location scouting is a lot more fun with them around. His enthusiasm is contagious and makes you believe in 'marriage' not just the wedding!! Hire him and you'll be introduced to a world of culinary and visual delight. The shloka team has done many weddings in the family and each one has had a unique flavour yet the same family feel. The Shloka team handled our Event (my parents 25th anniversary & my grandparents 50th anniversary) exceptionally well. The team works non-stop to make sure everything is perfect and the parties organised were rocking! Never have I had so much fun in 3 days! They've been super amazing with the decor and the food. The Shloka Team has handled 2 weddings in my family (including mine) and we've had an amazing experience with them. They are like family for us and work through and through the entire duration.
