I went to Sketch with high expectations, however, was terribly disappointed with their work and customer service. 1) Their email responses are delayed and there are always excuses. 2) I had to call 8 times to even get an email response. Natalie always says she is in the middle of something and will get to me later. I decided, maybe it's a startup company and to give them a chance. Bad, bad idea. 3) I finally got to talk to her about the invitation I selected, the color theme, the contents which I had ready. It was a bilingual invite. 4) I had typed out all my contents in Word and PDF and sent it over to her. She has to type them out into an .AI file in order to get the invitation printed. EACH TIME, she sent me samples with glaring error. She edits out words because, I am assuming, she doesn't care or she is too lazy to type them out. I was really getting frustrated by this point. 5) She couldn't get bilingual done. I installed Adobe Air and got it done for her. Do I still pay her the full price for a job not fully done, all those errors, delays and lack of customer service? She was very rude when I brought that up and quoted that it was not her problem that I had to work on the bilingual part of the invitation. 6) This entire process took 8 weeks, of trying to contact her, get quotes, correcting her mistakes and partially creating my own invitations. I decided to move on and get my invitation done elsewhere. There is a stereotype with Indian companies and Natalie Mankani is the prime example. *This review is not personal.
