Absolutely amazing wedding photography team! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. The photographers were very professional, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable. I usually don’t post reviews, but felt this one was necessary so others don’t go through the same experience we did. We hired this team for our wedding photography, and it turned out to be a mistake. Once the payment was made, their level of professionalism dropped drastically. The photographers sent to the event were clearly inexperienced—poor framing, bad angles, and they missed many important moments. When we raised our concerns, their solution was to take screenshots from the video and call those "photos." That’s not acceptable, especially when you've paid nearly ₹2 lakhs for high-quality photography. On top of that, getting our deliverables was a constant struggle. We had to chase them repeatedly, and every time they falsely claimed we hadn’t completed the payment—even though we had. We had to resend the same receipts multiple times just to get them to move forward. After finally delivering the files, they completely stopped responding. No scope for feedback, no accountability. My advice: Keep a record of all payments and communication. Don’t rely on their initial sales pitch—ask for real samples from the photographers who will actually be assigned to you. Be careful before trusting them with an important life event.
